Not only has he not been given game time - it's like when he comes on no one gives him the ball or set's him up either!

He doesn't get himself into positions where he can get the ball.

He was on the pitch for over 30 minutes yesterday.

Maybe he would be better in the number 10 role. But we don't need a 10. We need a striker.

He's barely been game time. How do you perform when you don't get a run of games? One off game doesn't mean you shouldn't get chances. But it's obvious that he feels unwanted here, so just let him leave at this point. He was bought to be the guy to help us achieve things, but he hasn't been that, so we have to look elsewhere now.

Guiu hardly plays but when he does you can see he puts in the effort and works hard for the team.

The fact Nukuku gets as many minutes off the bench he does means there is an opportunity for him to impress and influence the manager and boards mind. Compare that to Chilwell who has been banished completely.

I don't know if that's his fault or the coach's... seems like we have a "system" that cannot work with certain players -> Chilwell ? Nkunku ?

Or do we have too many No 10's ? Nkunku-Jackson-Palmer-Felix ?

What's going on - last year too many injuries this year too many fit ?

Cant believe we may consider letting him go on loan to Man Utd

Hmm, he does want to go to Bayern but Bayern Cannot afford him without sales.

Maybe a loan with obligation to United, as we have done with Sancho, might happen. Otherwise I really don't think he leaves.

Price tag and wages are too high for most to sign him.

Spurs and Bayern close to an agreement for Tel worth around 50mill-60mill. United and Arsenal also monitoring the situation.

Would the selling of Tel mean Nkunku gets to put his time with us behind him and get the move to Bayern, with who he has already verbally agreed terms with?

Nkunku wasnt bought to fit in with any system he was bought as potential profit, if that is not possible its on the commercial geniuses.

In the unlikely event that he was bought for footballing reasons he hasnt done well enough to earn a regular place/start.

Not sure about that. I think he was purchased, as one of the top talents in european football, with a strong footballing record and good footballing education in paris and germany. He was purchased as he was elite - and meant to be one of our headline acts.

He came as a hot prospect, got injured, and then had a change of manager who has refused to adapt a system that isnt optimised for Chris. Bad luck, circumstance and bad management....

Personally I think we should be getting our best players (Palmer, Nkunku, Caicedo, Enzo) and building a system around them - You have a core set of players to do the hard stuff (distrupt the midfield, and then create and score goals), and let the others fit in around them..... but hey ho .... Maresca thinks it is more sensible to keep selecting Sanchez and the Turd....

Tel has turned down Spurs, and is more open to a loan than permanent move from Bayern.

So unless we let Nkunku go on loan, or on the cheap, he is probably stuck here.

He stayed. So now we need Maresca to make a change and get him and Cole in the same team.

If thar means going to a normal back 4 so Cucu can give us width from the left when Nkunku or Palmer cut in from there, so be it. We need goals, he will get us them if played regularly.

Yep - find a system to suit your best players. Management for dummies….

He was rubbish, but he was always going to be in this system. This isn't the Nkunku that played for Leipzig. At Leipzig, he was always facing the goal, at Chelsea he has his back to goal and is expected to be some sort of target man.

Why do we always do this? We keep buying these players and pair them with a coach they don't suit. A lot of this happened under Abramovich too.

There are no excuses for what he pushed out yesterday... it was utter turd. Not being played in your best positon is one thing, Zero effrot and moaning and blamining your team mates for everything has nothing to do with your positon, thats about as bad a performance Ive seen from a chelsea player in a long while, we have had some dross but more often then not at least they put a shift in.

As usual people putting his disgusting lack of effort on being played out of position, which just so you know does not change when he does play as a number 10, and not wanting to be here.

Lack of professionalism, lack of guts, weak mentality, just get rid I would rather see any random youth take his spot.

Been completely ignored and marginalised over the last 6 months - and now Maresca needs him.

Disgusting behaviour from Enzo.

Disgusting performance from Chris.

Both as bad as each other - but what comes first, Chicken or Egg?

I wouldn’t put in the effort either. I have been in a position where I didn’t feel wanted in a job and I did the bare minimum

Why are people acting like he got the same treatment as the likes of Chalobah or Chilwell?

He was told he didn’t fit the system but he would still feature cause he liked him as a player it was just difficult to find the balance in is ideal setup. I’m paraphrasing here but main point is he wasn’t going to be frozen out in the same way as others.

He has plenty of mins under his belt and opportunities to impress for a player that’s not wanted and he’s failed to do so in the vast majority of appearances.

Even Carney didn’t put in no effort like this and he probably had more of a right to.
