Your guess is as good as mine. The reason I’m adamant Tuchel isn’t the man to take us forward is that he’s been in charge for ~30 months and I’ve still got no idea what our game plan is.

He's playing for 1:0 win, every single match. 1 mistake of Mendy and we have no plan B. What does it matter that he buys Lukaku and Sterling if he's waiting for any full-back to score anyway?

The worry is that his answer is a 33yr old arsenal reject

That is the big problem.

It usually takes until November before performances like these set in. Hopefully, this will wake up the board tog et some of the transfers going quickly.

We will panic buy, and end up with dross in the long term. Tell you what; I can’t tell you what the plan is presently. We had £150m worth of new signings on the pitch today, and I can’t see it.

What a shambles and Barcelona probably just added another £15m to their asking price for Aubameyang as we will be even more desperate to conclude a deal.

Hard to really pick out any player who was ok today but could take a while to list the ones who weren't.

In terns of simply offering nothing then it was another invisible performance from Havertz, Jorgino and Mount.

And I don't see it happening but there is a case to be made for Kepa getting a run between the sticks.

Auba will come and also be flat. Wont score. And we all thought Lukaku was the problem! Little wonder why most of our attacking players want to leave

It's the same this season too. Sterling is a good signing, but he needs the players around him, I've been saying this since the day we became interested. How do you sign a player like Sterling who thrives on movement and getting on the end of attacks and have nobody to create anything for him?

Yep spot on mate, he's a very good signing and player but not in this system.

Probably as poor as we get today.

Completely outplayed by a bottom third team. Not only have we put in less effort, but we have also looked clueless in our sarri ball dross.

I'm beyond angry.. dismayed really and if we continue with this negative tippy tippy sh*te TT will soon be gone.

So much wrong with this team.

- Trying to play out from the back with bambi legs Mendy, who seems to have a constant 2-3 seconds delay in his distribution.

- Reece James playing at RCB, instead of RWB.

- A midfield pivot with out of position Gallagher, who only works in a 3 and Jorginho who struggles to cover the midfield circle.

- Havertz that does absolutley nothing up front, other then loose the ball.

- Pulisic and Ziyech as our attacking options...

For the players he had .. he has absolutely wasted our resources.. we bought one of Europe most free scoring strikers and by December he wanted out.. we had Werner havertz ziyech between them couldn’t score 20-25 goals put together.. and now look at sterling..

My only defence for the front 3 today is they simply had no service from the midfield, that was overrun and an absolute disaster.  The entire set up today by TT was sh*te...and the result reflects the work rate of one team against the work rate of another.   Mendy's f**king around started the rot and it went downhill from thereon.

Yeah to play it you need to coach it .. don’t think he has done that.. preseason  is meant for that.. doubt it happened

We can't my friend. When you play with back 4, your midfield need to defend. We have only one midifield in this team who can defend and he is injured all the time.

Who’s going to replace him?

People calling for TT to be sacked who are you going to replace him with now tell me?

Keep up, we’ve already decided I’ve got the job.

Depending on how/whether Tuchel intends to use them, I'd be tempted to give 10 minutes to Hudson-Odoi and Chukwuemeka as well.

Dont let chukwuemeka be part of this embarrassment

Good work Havertz, you've blocked more shots on target than you've achieved.

If we're going to play these two up front again there really has to be some coaching to help them f**king stay onside, surely? Feeling more sympathy for Werner by the second.
