March 10, 20242 yr It has been a great loan for him so far. Apart from the goals he is getting a decent amount of playing time. Burnley seems to work out quite well for our loanees.
March 11, 20242 yr It really makes you wonder what happens at Cobham. Great strike and nice to see the loan going well.
March 11, 20242 yr Makes you wonder why he was ever sent on loan and I hope he returns next season and is given a chance as it may just save the club a fortune.
March 11, 20242 yr Wasn't very good in his first loan, and he's only played 7 games for Burnley. let's maybe see if he keeps it up before getting our hopes up.

He is playing in a team certain for the drop who have struggled all season and is creating and scoring - we kept Broja and the man is a goal shy striker, this guy looks hungry and up for it.

He is understandably raw, but he is making an impact and starting every game. Burnley fans seem to like him.

While he took his goal well, he was also quite wasteful at times missing a total sitter. Not to mention he was perhaps a little fortunate not to give away a penalty for holding a Brentford player on a corner. I think those on here who get frustrated with Jackson, would be pulling their hair out watching Fofana turn out for us ;)/

He also took his goal after the miss, so it didn't knock his confidence and he didn't go hiding. Edited March 17, 20242 yr by Malcolm9

Haalands team create chance after chance for him. We've got young wingers that haven't created a single chance in over a year since they signed and i don't imagine Burnley create much for Fofana either. As long as a player is getting on the end of chances they'll score goals.

What they both need is a full season in the premier league starting week in and week out. Why recall Hutchinson back here just so he can sit on the bench? Its such a waste, and this how we've wasted a lot of talent in the past. Fofana as well has only been in the prem 2 months.. Give him a full season in the prem playing regular football. Burnley are going down, but given how well hes played a prem loan should be easy
