Really hard to pick a team for this one - almost easier to name 11 players I dont want to see on the pitch at the moment.

However, I would go for something like this:

Kepa

Azpi - Chalobah - Silva - Cucurella

                     Zakaria

          Chukwu        Kovacic

                     Mount

         Havertz           Fofana

Chukwu and Kovacic to pull wide attackingly, but lack of width will be a concern regardless. However, I dont trust Ziyech and Hutchinson doesn't seem quite ready. If Sterling is fit I would probably change to a 4-3-3.

More than formation and tactics though - show us some fight and leadership and just get the bloody win

That is probably along the lines of what I would go with. Although after yesterday's performance I'd be happier without Havertz in the team. I would also consider a 5-3-2 so maybe add Badiashile to the back and play Mount/Fofana up top. Cucurella (or Hall) would likely be better used as an attacking wing back.

What's  the excuses  that are going to be used when we're beaten by this lot   examples  they  have better players, more settled manager , higher than us in the league, trust  the process, but we have injuries, world cup break, learn to accept defeat, take your pick guys it won't be we have made an arse selecting a new manager and a pigs ear of  transfer windows

I’m going to go with somebody in the crowd wearing a very flamboyant shirt which our players found highly distracting.

Maybe @Zeta can add a third prediction league with this game?

It's been long a time since we were in panic in these kind of games...

The disappointment is there , I just hope the players feel the same because in the last game they looked like they don't give a f**k.

I'd like to see this starting lineup:

------------- Kepa -------------

Azpi -- Silva --- Chalobah -- Hall

----- Zakaria --- Kovacic -----

Mount ---- Havertz ------ Carney

------------ Fofana ---------

Some of the players here are very bad, but one bright move by them can give us something in the game.

As I see from Potter's tactics we are going to play from behind no matter what, Kova or Zakaria have to push the team forward with power and dribbling ability. I don't believe that Fulham can have the same ability of pressing like City had against us. Even players like Jorginho failed to play under this press.

We're getting into difficult days, but we still can figure it all out, we need our players to put more from them, show some desire, aggression, faith !

COME ON CHELS!!!

Mount...and Aspi...no thanks

A 11 that (hopefully) will give a sh*t and try.

Also it might well be time for Casadei to step in to midfield in place of one of the guys I put in. He seems to have some fire about him, but Potter has looked at several youth players and not been keen on him so far for some reason.

yep...I like this. But someone needs to take take Dave's place

Havertz again..hasn’t done anything at all this season. ANYONE else will do.I don't think.he should play for us again.he doesn't want to

Will any fans organise the chant of potter out or Bohley out?

or once again with the chant of Tuchel, Roman or even Jose?

The same Jose who's last season at the club makes this one look like an all conquering one?

I suspect a draw or maybe we drum up a result. I don't think the players have any excuse for not turning up for this one. It's a game you would normally expect us to turn up for and get a result even in this bad form we should expect a bit more of a fight.

Rather than playing possession based football why not just play direct, play the youngsters and get up in Fulhams face. Have a strong experienced back line and then play Zak and Kova in midfield, add Chuky to the mix.

I'd probably go with a 4411

Chuky, Hall and Fofana all seem like they've got boundless energy so just have Ziyech whipping in balls for them to attack have Azpi support him on the right and shift to a back 3 when Azpi pushes forward.

                                     Kepa

       Azpi            Trev              Silva       Cucurella

     Ziyech           Zakaria       Kova           Hall

                                   Chuky

                                   Fofana

A goalless draw would be an improvement over the last 3 games. We have too many loopholes in this team, first and probably easiest thing to do is to shore up the defence ( like Tuchel did), have the feeling Potter may just do that to stop the bleeding.

This is why I won't accept the injury excuse. Fulham fans will look at the quality of our players and love to have that in their squad. They wouldn't swap their teams hunger and determination for ours, because our lot don't seem to have any of that, but they would love to have access to the quality.

The excuses are doing my head in a bit now. It's like some fans think we shouldn't be winning any game. Every single game it's the injuries, Potter needs more time.........no, we need a win, and we have one of the biggest squads in the country, so demand more from the players available and the coach.

If there is no reaction in this match after City and all the media attention afterwards then Potter is done, it will be clear that he has lost the dressing room (we expect this, but due to city’s quality he has a free pass on the last game)

that’s all I know

I don't care what formation or system we play. I just don't want to see Auba, Ziyech, Havertz or Jorginho start for us ever again. No heart, no fight, no skill, no cojones, no nothing! We've given them enough chances to prove their value and is it turns out they're all garbage(Jorginho used to be actually decent). Start playing youngsters instead of them and get rid of them on asap!

Wait does that mean you believed we would beat City in the last 2 games?

In the recent years even when we were in a bad shape we used to show up against the very best teams... This time around even if I don't know how is Fulham's squad doing I just can't see us winning.

Chelsea supporters are so incredibly reactionary. Shortsighted. Always has been.. I'm in no way saying that Potter has done anythig remotely like a fantastic job so far, but all the talk of sacking the guy feels like a yearly recurring trope going on some 15 years now. Every single time it's "he's lost the dressing room!! get rid!!".

Ask yourself what signal this sends to players when they can perform like sh%t at their job and the only consequence is that your boss gets fired. Again and again. "Palpable discord". Again. What happens in the normal world if your performance at work sucks because "my boss didn't motivate me this month"? It's honestly like a kindergarten full of extra big toddlers with fat wallets.

Time to cut the cord on this song and dance. Even if that means we end up midtable this year and the next. Get the non-performers, at the very least the ones that consistently does not make maximum effort, out of the club and only after that assess the manager.

We didn't want Tuchel sacked. Just before Tuchel got the sack we did a poll on here to see how many wanted him sacked, it was about 90% in his favour, despite the poor performances the fans were unified behind him, with just a few fans with personal agendas against TT who we should completely ignore.

I don't think you got the essence of my post. Tuchel and Ancelotti may not have had the whole supporter base screaming at the point of sacking, I agree. However - at the time of the Tuchel firing we were already playing awful football and it was probably just a matter of time before dissenting voices got even louder.

My point though: We need to stop this player power dressing room bullsh%t. I'd rather we did that "yesterday" but the next best time is now.

I'd love to see Hall get another start personally.

Other than that, Jorginho and Kai don't deserve to start based on Sunday.

Get Zak in the midfield with Kova, maybe give Carney a go from the start, I think he's played well recently in his cameos

City, Arsenal, United and Spurs all thrashed Fulham 2-1, now we have a fully fit squad I expect us to win by 4 clear goals.

Name's Santitos Andrew. I just came to the club and I'm already better than the Brazilian immigrant in Italy.

You were born in Brazil that is true, bit spent many years in Italy under daddy Sarri and play for their national side.

You also have terrible fashion sense as your holiday swim trunks showed.
