Cesare Casadei penalty knocks England U20s out of the U20 World Cup. Not a huge surprise. I saw most of their first half against Iraq - finished 0-0 - and they were poor.

Santos, Casadei, Slonina, and Paez have been fantastic this U20 World Cup. 

If everyone develops in the right way, we could have an absolutely awesome line up in a few years time, full of goals, pace, skill, with a decent amount of height thrown in for good measure !

From what i've seen Paez seem more central, playing as an 8 or a 10.

You're probably right, but he is a left footer I think ?

I had to find a formation to play all of them, so he ended up as an attacking mid on the left. It works better than having Casadei or Chukwuemeka there 🙂

Drop one of them and play Mudryk out wide 😉 in all seriousness the Chelsea project looks like its going to be so exciting in 3-5 years time. One thing the new owners are doing really really well.

I like their height factor to be honest ... Casadei 186cm and Carney 187cm.

Ampadu has been relegated three seasons in a row, he’d be the final nail in the coffin if he stayed here next season 

Overall been a good start to the window, a number of players most of us would have wanted rid of have gone/are going.

Good first summer window for Pochettino/Winstanley/Stewart so far.

Well for the first time in a while i'm starting to get a good feeling. After the recent sh*t past, some positives are emerging. As of now the transfer window appears to be in our favour, really looking forward to the squad plus a couple of quality new players (minus the dead wood, want aways etc) taking Pochettino's approach and ideas on board.

Come on Chelsea.
