Stay. Potter still wants to stay so let's back him. Not like he wants to go when the going gets tough like Sarri did.

The same Sarri that stuck through the amount of boos and fan resentment to turn things around and had us thrash Arsenal in a European final?

God people need to get a grip and stop being so dramatic talking about relegation scraps, it's embarrassing.

The only thing stopping us from being involved is points on the board. Make no mistake we are witnessing relegation form. Can’t score and can’t keep clean sheets. Lots of the players have plenty of potential but don’t have the experience to get us out of the slump and far too many ‘fair weather’ types. The manager is now under immense pressure. Will we go down, in all likelihood, no, we do though need to arrest this slump rapidly.

Two robbery wins v Palace and Villa early on is whats keeping us somewhat out of it. But we are still single digits (9 points) from 17th place and we are facing that team next. If we do not make a change I think Leeds cuts that gap down to six. Should we let Potter stay on and risk that?

We end the season against the likes of City, United, Arsenal. Liverpool, Newcastle. Anything can happen if we continue to sink.

I couldn't care less that Potter "wants to stay" that's not even relevant, of course he wants to stay the man won the lottery by getting this job in the first place, it doesn't change the fact that he's our worst manager in history...

If the only thing you could bring up is Sarri in 2023, you know you have no argument I mean Sarri wasn't liked at all but he still delivered. Potter got all the possible backing a manager could dream of and he still can't do anything!

The same Sarri that left with the loss of our only world class player and the implementation of a transfer ban.

Quick, let's get out of here.

Sarri was what caused Hazard to leave and our transfer ban? You're trolling right 🤣

Weren't you very much on the fence after Southampton? Leaning towards sack?

What in the world did you see today that changed your mind?

And wanting to stay when he's got a salary here that no club ever will match in this lifetime is hardly a surprise is it. Particularly not when he's literally the worst manager in Chelsea history yet he's the highest paid one ever.

Potter's hit the jackpot personally.

Sarri was the worst treated by our fans manager we've ever had. Finished third, domestic cup final and won the Europa league and a section of fans still wanted him gone.

What's rich is that the majority were the pRoPEr ChELS set of fans that were the ones hounding him every week.

Definitely, I was glad when he left but I felt sorry for him. Wasn't a big fan of Sarri at all, and I think him leaving has aged pretty well given his spell at Juve.

I still think he did a good job here all things considering, although, I don't like the football direction we have taken since Sarri was appointed. But hey, at least he actually had a f**king plan and a way of playing.

I really wish things would work but it reaches a point when the results become indefensible. I'm really on the fence because I'm not sure what caretaker manager would join the team without wanting a longer contract to be a permanent manager. So we might have to stick with Potter at least until the end of the season because I'd rather the next manager is well-researched to fit what the club wants vs hiring a quick fix that might not be the best long-term.

Juve didn't do much better post Sarri but who cares, we don't stand in in the same river twice.

backed him until today, but his insistence on playing Havertz, and not even substituting him is just too much, I cant back him anymore. I would really love an explanation why he keeps playing, what does he see that we dont, because to me it looks like he is sabotaging us so he can gtfo and get his payout
