I can't see that happening myself.

But apparently Tottenham have £60+ mill sloshing about to replace Son and also have to spend to get cover for Maddison. Jacko could be the perfect fit for them.

With so many clubs interested i dont see the price go down as we are hardly desperate to sell. yeah 80-100 mill still looks optimistic but surely 60-65 million is achievable. Jackson cost around 35 million so should be a decent return, Nice that it seems to have gathered pace early to mid month, if he goes then we have time to replace him with a suitable alternative, i think Maresca has indicated he wants three striker options.

My guess is 70 million to a european club, with newcastle partly responsible for pushing the price up as they fail once again to get their man.

If our owners manage to create a bidding war for Jackson then I take back all the criticism I gave them, they are geniuses.

As much as it hurts me I suspect Spurs may well be interested in him although Europe is more likely to be his destination and he almost certainly will go.

Good that Maresca and SDs have seen the light, and it looks like we will be keeping World Class Nkunku whilst sending the donkey one to the glue factory. Quite fancy a mars bar and some crisps.....

Perhaps - we will see. I can't see Disasi and Sterling playing much if they stay. I would imagine Chris will get game time - even if he isnt not first choice. It will be interesting to see how Maresca plays it, and if Chris really is unmoveable or if its a calculated decision to keep him and play him.
