There is a slight exception to this rule when he plays against west ham, who he has now had 2 good games against, across 2 seasons. He was also ok for 10 mins against Leicester, and he had 2 decent runs in a couple of minutes against newcastle.I see the Collins English Dictionary is now using the term correctly....Jim, I need proof , not just your opinion!!😂

May 4, 20251 yr The last offside where he was sprinting at full speed, didn’t even try to slow down and check himself despite seeing across the whole line was just silly.
May 4, 20251 yr I, for one, am very disappointed he did not make richy rich... I mean Jim....cough up 20 quid...
May 4, 20251 yr Everybody stepped up their game apart from Jackson. He just looked out of his depth and Palmer was visibly pissed at him when he was caught offside again before being subbed.
May 4, 20251 yr Cannot be starting for us next season. Simple. His tactical IQ and awareness won’t ever be improved on I’m afraid.

Absolute liability
May 5, 20251 yr Jim's way of complaining about nico is often unpopular but he is right about him, on the football side. You cannot train common sense and a football IQ. He does not have the mind for this. Needs to be sold, just one of those signings that we need to write off

We should all be united in our position. Unfortunately There is still a cartel of posters who argue and act all contrary - I was even asked for evidence yesterday to prove that he was rubbish. I am convinced some people don't even watch the games. But you are right - this fraud is a lost cause. Off load and move on.

May 5, 20251 yr He has no football brain whatsoever. You cannot train that into him he just doesn’t have it Palmer was pissed at him and several others I believe. Then he moans at being taken off I cannot stand the bloke he’s like a fecking hologram Just not good enough

May 5, 20251 yr In fairness if you are belittling Jacko's goals against Swedish part timers the same magnifying glass on most of Nkunku's wouldn't paint a pretty picture.

Can only score against who you are played.
May 5, 20251 yr After two full seasons I think it’s pretty clear this lad is a long way from top striker potential. He’s been given a better chance than many and he’s proven consistently that he hasn’t got what it takes.Perhaps the ‘highlight’ for want of a better term was his hat-trick against Spurs last season. I still haven’t got my head around how someone scores three goals in a game whilst simultaneously producing one of the worst performances seen by a striker in a Chelsea shirt, ever. His third was like watching Mr Bean playing centre forward.

If the club as you believe have bought a useless forward and the manager keeps picking that useless forward , why is your focus ONLY ever on the player ? I have always had faith in the owners, they have faith in Maresca, he has faith in Jacko, just keep the faith Jim and trust the process like me.

And the DoF and owners are fools for appointing maresca, and signing off on this signing. That said - There if there is a shred of truth in the rumour mill, there is miraculously a chance that we make a profit on this donkey. I have no idea how - but if there is any prospect whatsoever, then we should bite off the arm of whoever is offering to take him. If we somehow turn a profit on the clown, then the DoF should be knighted.

Maresca actually wants to sign ANOTHER Jackson !!...."But the Chelsea boss insists he is very happy with the performances of his centre-forward and that he would like another version of Jackson’s profile, if the Blues are to sign a new striker.“My perfect number nine is exactly Nico Jackson,” he said.“We already have a number nine. It’s not summer now.“If we can have a copy of Nico, it’s okay. I have said many times, and you can see as well, with Nico we are a better team.“Nico is the one we need. Last season, he scored goals without penalties. This season he scored goals until he was injured. Now, hopefully he can score more goals without penalties."

Maresca is either a) deluded or b) lying. I don't know which. I hope its B.
