It looks like it’s between Enzo Maresca and McKenna.

Credit to the PR merchants for using Maresca as the smoke screen for RDZ.

Is being put out there that that:

Casadei (last season), Palmer and Lavia (City B) flourished under him.

He is a Pep student (like Arteta who our owners love and like the Arsenal model)

He plays possession football (which they want).

Makes sense to link him here. If he is a good yes man/kiss a$$ he may have half a shot of getting them to ditch RDZ.

So we've gone from Europe's elite to championship level. Won't be surprised if egghead and co. go knocking on the doors of league one managers next season.

Honestly I wish this was just a smokescreen for RDZ, knowing our board I wouldn't be so sure

It will be RDZ. There’s no way Brighton just allowed him to leave for free given the clubs available. We’ve paid the release clause.

Why's no one sniffing around the Atalanta manager?

With the 8th highest wage bill in Italy this season they've achieved a domestic final, a European final, and could finish 3rd in the league this season. Plus they slapped Liverpool 3-0 this season.

He’s amazing, but he’s 65 and doesn’t speak a word of english

With the plan being to employ a young inexperienced, wet behind the ears manager, I guess we can kiss goodbye to any hopes of signing an elite centre forward this summer. No way are McKenna or Maresca big enough personalities to be able to manage a player like Osimhen at this stage of their careers.

Just a few bits a pieces that the various YouTube videos quote that point to RDZ.

Egbahli and the directors decided several weeks ago Poch needed to go.

Todd took Poch to dinner to inform him of this, and that he wanted Poch to have more time but got out voted.

Poch and the press were informed by the PR merchants if this likely happening weeks ago, which is why Poches presser became different.

RDZ release clause became active AFTER the United game, however Brighton were informed weeks ago an "unnamed club" wanted him and would pay more than the trigger to keep it secret and so Brighton would say he left by mutual consent.

We are set to make an appointment soon, but all the leading candidates are underwhelming and in jobs which would require negotiations and time to get them released.

I'm so excited Eddie Howe is going to be our next manager. Young but with bags of experience. A calm personality never seems flustered. Communicates brilliantly. The media love him. Mixes it up tactically. Good at working wid da yoofs. Knows what is like to work with a nightmare injury list and can still keep a greatly reduced squad together and competing. Made Joelinton look like a footballer. Has brought on Antony Gordon in leaps and bounds.

OK he hasn't won a major trophy yet but it's only a matter of time. He's gonna be brilliant. Welcome Eddie.

How has it come to some of the sh*te we’ve been linked to, we should be linked to the best In the world not f**king championship managers.

Not content with filling the squad with “potential “, we seem to want our management team to also have “potential “.

After all, you’ll never win anything with experience. 😀

At least we can rule out Thomas Frank now. Thankfully…

He was the only one out of the rumoured coaches m that I was adamant I didn't want so hopefully that's the end of that one
