Well, he is a very nice man, apparently. I am sure he will do well wherever he goes, but he was never good enough to play for Chelsea and nope we do not need him in the squad either. We released Chukwuemeka and sold Gallagher and got this bloke - signing KDH for 30 million quid was a huge mistake imho.

No point in keeping him, there's not really any space for him even as a squad player.

WE paid 30m, but with amortisation over time to recoup that is good business. I ended up being a solid back up in some of the games tbf

He seems like a good pro. and is happy to be a back-up option without kicking up a fuss, so I'm not desperate to sell him, but I think he could be a good first-team option for a mid-lower table club. It'll be better for his career, and if we can get a decent fee then it's best for all parties.

Seems is £25 million with add ons of circa £4 million. Potentially just about breaking even in cash terms , small profit to decent profit in accounting terms plus his wages and on going amortised sum(£6 m Pa) off the books

What we can all argue about is how much value did we get out of him

We paid 30mill I believe. 24mill would cover his book value and nothing more.
