December 12, 20241 yr Acheampong, best of the young players today. George, the most disappointing again for me. Good win though with a side that couldn't really get much younger than this.

December 12, 20241 yr Fancy coming on as a sub with 2 mins left in this temperature!! "Boss I've got a migraine tbh"

December 12, 20241 yr Author Well done to the young lads out there. By my count 1 first team player, Neto, 5 B team players Jorgensen, Disasi, Tosin, Veoga and KDH, and 5 youth players, Acheampong, Carney, George, Guiu and Rak-Sakyi started. Well done epically to the young lads but the whole team in not very hospitable conditions.
December 12, 20241 yr Great result and a good performance from the youth. Got a good feeling about this competition. Let's go do Brentford

All while the rich are still allowed to fly their private jets around the globe without reproach . That problem? Yeah they can shove it up there carbon captured arses. I largely agree with your sentiment that the rich get rich at our and anything else’s expense, but no matter what way you look at this football match, it was literally a complete and utter waste of time and effort. Completely and utterly pointless for everyone involved. But maybe UEFA are happy with their back balance.

Part of me thinks Enzo (and the first team staff), Neto, tosin, disasi, and veiga should have actually stayed at home and just sent the under 21s and their coaches. But I get we needed to win the game. Even though my house is at a very cosy temp atm, I needed a blanket while watching that on the sofa and now I switched it off, I've realised I'm sweating! Looks like I'll be getting another cold/virus soon.
December 12, 20241 yr I don't think any of us can be too critical with what we saw today. The sub zero temperatures alone was enough to just wish the game was over with no injuries and fk the score! Did the guy just say -20! Nitpicking and sh*t though... I picked guiu for my motm because he looked like he put more effort than the others and obviously the 2 goals...but I really like rak-sakyi, Acheampong, and Ampah. Don't think Vale got enough time to warrant too much praise but I liked a few of his touches too. Not happy with chucky and George though, I expected more but again, it was fkn freezing so don't care tbh. No injuries and a win means it was a good match and well done kids.

If that kind of thing annoys you then I’d advise you not to look up the Hosts of the 2030 World Cup.

Rak-Sakyi was class, completed something like 88 out of 89 passes. George I didn't think was as bad as some are saying, did well with his 1 on 1s but needs to fix up on his decision making in terms of when to pass and when to shoot. Guiu looked good, and excellent first goal. Ampah looked out of his depth, I imagine an eventual lower league career is on the cards with him. Vale (if you can still call him a youngster) was allright, nothing great nothing bad. Mheuka wasn't involved too much, the game was petering out by the time he came on. Dyer was on for 6 minutes. December 12, 20241 yr I thought Rak-Sakyi was okay, but it was a safe performance if anything. Midfield is already pretty stacked, I can't really see any future here for him. Edited December 12, 20241 yr by Scott Harris

A classic waste of money Chelsea signing that could have been a youth player, or as I like to call them a ‘Sidwell’. To appease Maresca, obvious Maresca soon found out that KDH ain't as good as some of our midfielders
December 13, 20241 yr Good result and great to see some youngsters get an opportunity to play in the first team.
