No identity. Never a sense of urgency, at least until we’re trailing. Players in the wrong positions. Subs are reactive. Possession based style? Half hearted press, half heartedly playing out the back.

Maresca has not been able to instill any kind of «game» at this point. Pochettino showed progression and was (maybe unfairly) sacked. I expect the same but sooner for this manager.

Sancho is the perfect example of a Maresca-ball player. Slow, wants too many touches, pretends that what he does is actually good and offers us something valuable. Basically, a whole load of nothing.

We concede every game and are predictable going forward. Always played infront of the defending team, rarely behind. 

God it’s a dull watch. They don’t even get near a shooting position.  What are they waiting for

5 minutes of side by side passes around the halfway line - try a forward pass - lose the ball.

Rember when we were the entertainers at the start of this season? I’m really glad Maresca succeeded in coaching that out of them. I never thought it possible but we are as boring now - if not more - then we were under Potter.

I'm going from bored to frustrated to angry all in every minute of this sh*te. 

We had a team with a lot of gaps for several seasons now it is why we struggle to get higher than 4th as the injuries bite and the quality on the bench is not high enough.
