A game of two halves - first half we tried to give it to them and they didn't take it...

2nd we put on a number 9 and easy as that... they were all over the place we got the goals.

WTF is Estavao doing on the bench - crazy.

Yes, he reminds me a little bit of Jackson ...

Unsurprisingly - I don’t agree.

This guy knows the offside rule, makes fantastic runs, can fight back against defenders and out muscle them, he wins headers, and doesn’t collect stupid cards game after game. He has a fantastic football brain and education from his time in Spain.

He does share Jackson’s energy - but just comes with so many other benefits.

So was it planned for Lavia and Santos to only get 45 minites after injury or were they that bad?

I really rate both those lads, but the team set up just didn’t have it for me. Maybe too much to change at once, bed either of them in with Moises but playing with Gusto was always a risk.

But what do I know, I’m just an old crank sat at home on my couch hugging my dags.

WOW. Fantastic second half. Credit to Maresca for not f**king about at half time and immediately making changes. They made a huge difference. Acheampong, top class. James quality. Neto, another top performance. They gave James MOTM, but I would have prob given to Neto. He was fantastic all game. Only downsides was Garnacho was really poor and he deserved to get hook. Gusto picked up a stupid second yellow which was really stupid to do when we already had game sealed and with injures we have, it doesn't help. I was screaming out for Maresca to take off Gusto also. When Tosin came on, why did he take of Josh? Gusto should have come and now he is suspended ffs. Really annoying.

But big, big win. When I saw lineup I was a bit worried as this is the youngest PL line up in the PL this season. The boys did well. Even we rode our luck a little first half. One thing for sure. No one can call us Palmer FC!

Seriously the Maresca haters, and there so many of you on here, need to get a grip, yes he’s not perfect but we’re building an amazing young team here, have a bit of patience and support the team.

It's Maresca that needs to get a grip. He's the one constantly f**king up and putting us into positions where we need to make multiple subs at half time. Why doesn't he stop with this sh*t of putting Gusto in midfield? If you can pick out 5 games in the past year where it's worked, I would be shocked.

The worst part is that every game against these sides, he has us playing so passive. We are waiting for something to happen instead of forcing it. Maresca's football and his stubborn ways is the problem. Watch him revert to the same thing in our next game. He does this all of the time.

The red card and the 2 stupid yellow cards in the last few minutes has really pi**ed me off.

Maresca needs to clamp down on them, they were all needless.

Onto the match, terrible 1st half, good start to the 2nd half but then I thought we turned sloppy again.

Not the greatest performance but a win is win.

We're lucky that Forest couldn't hit a cow's arse with a banjo. Even in the second half they missed a couple of sitters.

They should have. A half decent team would have been 2v0 up against us in the first half - well before Guiu, James and Neto took the game by the scruff of the neck and won it for us.

We were dire first half

Sounds a bit west ham awayish then

We basically won because we have better players, but as a team, it was a sh*te performance from us. There were so many mistakes, especially in possession deep in our own half. Our passive slow football should have cost us 3 or 4 goals.
