Isn’t it on us and the club to expect 18-21yo to light the PL on fire?

Garnachos wages are another discussion.

Before this season, I think 9 out of 10 comments on Garnacho on this forum were from me, calling him bang average and the most overrated in the league.

Simply a social media product. The real life version of an influencer that somehow made it to pro football. The football version of those Paul brothers, UFC fighters or whatever they are.

For every Palmer and Caicedo, these atrocious sporting directors have brought 10 bums like Garnacho, Gittens, Delap and the rest of buffoons in defence.

Oi, don't you dare deny my 1,863 posts saying 'Garnacho is a bit sh*t isn't he'

Occasionally I would mix it up by saying 'Garnacho, I'd rather we played with my gran'

I yearn for the days when wingers used to take on players and run with the ball to create space. Y’know, actually taking abit of responsibility.

Estevao aside, our wingers are a bunch of useless f*ckers. We might as well signed wingers from Sunday league, maybe they’d have tried harder at least.

Honestly, this team is really sh*te. If you take 2 or 3 players out of the line up, then the names wouldn’t look really out of place if you changed the badge to Wolves or Burnley.

It’s going to be difficult to get CL looking at the remaining fixtures; we have to outperform at least Liverpool — don’t see it happening considering the fixtures.

All commentators here talking about how young and green the squad is. They are not wrong imo.

They did say the first half misses were not ok too. Did not name Delap but we all saw it.

Actually, I would prefer us not to qualify for Europe at all to send a clear message to these crap owners and their sh*tty project.

The goal is also thanks too neto letting cunha run past him.. sees him go and doesn’t even try.. he is no better .. no quality

Could’ve done better no doubt. Gusto was also late to close down cunha. Looks like they did not know how to behave missing a CB.

That does not excuse that weak ass effort by garnacho—and I do like to remind folks he’s 21 too.

Yeah, I’m with you there.

They have to realise this strategy isn’t working. Buying exciting young players and expecting them to grow together sounds great on paper, but football doesn’t work like bloody Disneyland.

In the real world, if you want to become the best, you learn from the best. You need experienced winners in the squad. Players who know what it takes at the top level… not just a group of youngsters expected to figure it all out together.

Man Utd didn’t even play that well and still looked comfortable.

Why the hell we can’t give Jesse Derry minutes over Garnacho is beyond me.

He literally can’t be any worse.

United were terrible. 4 shots all game. They defended for their lives in the 2nd half. A good finish from a bobbly ball into the box was the only quality from United. They were very lucky to win. An xG of just 0.29.

Terrible finishing from Chelsea. Delap is nowhere near good enough. J.Pedro would have finished 1 of those chances. Chelsea hit the woodwork 3 times. That's a bit unlucky.

BlueCo have a lot to answer for. The squad depth is miles behind last season's.

Another painful watch,

Tge Manager didn't deserve the Job and that's down to the owners,

No ambition.

To make it worse at 0-1 he makes his usual defensive changes that are more likely to end up in us conceding than getting one back.

Much better days in the old second division losing to Rotherham, at least you were gutted and still shouting for the team instead of in some mental void watching an unholy alliance of unmotivated, badly coached players that don't seem to value the shirt.

If we had taken Caicedo, Palmer, cucu, Enzo & tonight Hato outta that team.... we'd be propping up Wolves & the rest.....such garbage & millions spent & nothing on bench or sick bay apart from Estavao....jeez, not much wonder Frank had to say something....

Also, I'm afraid Liam you're outta ur depth, fancy words to press doesn't get a team going, ur not even animated or shouting on the line.....no tactical changes to counteract what opposition throws up, Utd pressed with 5 upfront & they didn't have to work hard cos we didn't know what to do....we needed goals tonight & u brought on 2 centre halves ffs....... football that puts everyone to sleep & no plan b when obvious plan a isn't working....

Not a fking peep out of the crowd. I genuinely don't recognise the club any more. We are a shambles and are now dead as a club and a fanbase.

Nothing until Mount came on and they did a bit of booing and then a bit more booing at the end......good job lads, same again next week?

I never used to criticise the fans because they're the ones paying to watch the club, but if they are going to reward the pricks that own the club and twats like Boehly that will happily fleece them, then you would think they would have the passion for the club to make their voices heard.

I couldn't imagine any other clubs set of fans being so blase about everything that is happening. They're either oblivious, stupid or just don't care that much. I've seen clips online of people shouting about this not being good enough, and the fans in the stadium will give them funny looks like they are the crazy ones for noticing. Who are these modern day Chelsea fans?

Worked for PSG. Only a sprinkle of experience there, same average age as us (take Marquinhos out at 31 and they’re younger). Key thing is that we’ve signed terrible terrible players, piss poor scouting/identification.

Oh, and on a side note, with the release of the Enzo burger in Argentina, least we know why he’s always huffing and puffing.

Well that was pretty bad. Wouldn’t surprise me if we lost the rest of our matches this season.

We may not even score again this season the way we are playing. Feels like the players have given up on the manager and are just trying to stay fit for the World Cup. Leeds are going to walk all over us.

The absolute state of this, especially Garnacho and Delap, Nepo baby stealing a living, and an absolute donkey living off an image. Pluck out ANY random Cobham kid to replace their minutes, and claw back some principles, there is no upside to having them in the shop window (the only argument I can find).

Mheuka, Derry, and Kavuma-Mcqueen should all be starting over them
