I do lol, it just boggles my mind how we have nearly 30 loanees, and most of them will never make the 1st team? Just seems like a massive waste. Like why not loan out youth products we have that need more game time, and also have a good chance of making the first team instead of people like Marin and Kakuta..

So who do you propose we sell these players to? They are on decent wages and as you said arent any good, mo club that can afford their wages want to buy them.

Gundogan is ideal, but not sure he's going to come to sit on bench. Arsenal would have a start spot for him; the same with city too.

Bench? He'd start right next to Matic.

+1 for Gundogan

Can play in the 'double pivot' alongside Matic (dependant on opposition), but for me seems better suited to a box to box role in a midfield three... not sure he's the 'Mou type' though (i.e. in so far that defensively he can be a liability)

In other news....

"Chelsea will reportedly offer John Obi Mikel in a transfer swap-deal for Southampton’s Morgan Schneiderlin this summer."

But fabregas is better used deeper, no? i am confused with fabregas' ideal position tbh; some say he is better off deeper, he himself says that's a comfortable position for him, but then he can also play in the no10 role, so i'm not sure exactly where he's 100% effective. He has played his best football for us in the deeper role this season.

Fabregas is good in deep postions against FTB teams, but against big teams, or physical teams away from home he plays #10.

Would love to sell plenty of the loanees we have right now and integrate more academy products. Dont like how Jose always goes for experience over youth players and doesnt give them enough chances

clueless.

FFP U SPANNER

BLUES TARGET PEDRO

Chelsea are weighing up a summer swoop for Barcelona forward Pedro, who wants to quit the Nou Camp this summer writes Marca.

Arsenal, Liverpool and Inter Milan have all been strongly linked with the Spain international, but the trio could face competition from the Blues.

Marca says Chelsea are monitoring his situation, with Jose Mourinho keen to bolster his attacking options.

The report adds Mourinho values Pedro’s attitude on the pitch and his ability to press the opposition, while he is a valuable and reliable source of goals.

Rumours going around that Schwienstiger is leaving Bayern in the summer...already a Chelsea legend, could be our Ballack 2.0...

I think he's a great player but he's another who can't seem to stay fit these days.

Paul Merson saying that Chelsea should get Falcao from United over the summer.

:laugh2:

Thank god Fernando Torres pretty much discredited the idea of Chelsea signing fading stars...
