He scores every game though.

No he does not. He's having a good run against average opposition, let's not get carried away just yet.

You are coming dangerously close to claiming he is back.

I think he is- to be honest.

Villa may be sh*t, but he scored an exceptional goal. Whatever you think about Torres, he deserves credit for that.

Yep, very good goal and it was an opening goal - it's what is expected from him.

I'm not going to read anything into but, but i've never seen Torres attack & finish a goal like that in his time in a Chelsea shirt.

Fair play to Torres, it was a good header. But when 7 different players score you expect at least one of the goals to be scored by your main striker. Let's wait a little and see if this carries on.

Shut up you prick, he scored the goal that put the team at ease and started that rout, some people  :face_palm:

Brilliant header, not unlike Carroll vs Sweden, the early goal settled our nerves (and set the stage for a thrashing) and a good performance in which he looked dangerous. On the other hand this does nothing to address criticisms that he only scores against rubbish opposition, but at least this time it was the goal which laid down the gauntlet rather than an 80th minute consolation. Well played, hope he keeps it up.

Insult was unnecessary there really. I praised his header, I just didn't want to get carried away which happens every time after a spell of good games for Torres. But whatever floats your boat 'big man'.

Good all round performance and fantastic goal probably his best yet at Chelsea.

Worrying thing though that we couldn't bring on a replacement striker, of course we didn't need it and we were coasting but we need options.

Can't fault him today.

Twice in 2 days your comments have annoyed long standing posters on this forum!

I would suggest that you need to take a look at yourself.

Wait, why does giving my opinion annoy you? Isn't that what a forum is about?

Yesterday I commented on Lukaku's brilliant run of form and his ability to give Torres a run for his money. (Which many agreed with if you look at the thread) And today I commented on Torres Performance. (Which I did praise)

Have I insulted anyone? No. Flamed anyone's opinion? No. Have I mouthed of at anyone in any way shape or form? No

I don't feel a need to evaluate myself.
