something you would expect other set of fans call him, not his OWN.

I will continue to support the lad as long as he wears our colours and certainly wont call him Alice, ever.

You could say the same about the manager...

He gives the ball away with great regularity and he takes himself away from areas where he can be a threat to defenders.

Oh well in that case....

Serioulsy though you don't need to tell me that- I wrote a post detailing all that out a few pages back and managed to do it all without calling him 'Alice' or a ladyboy etc.

He's also the biggest flop in the history of transfers. He looks like he cares, but only about himself, not about his performances for Chelsea.

I hadn't noticed that, thank you for bringing it to my attention.

Fair play. But I would point out that I have never called him Alice or ladyboy. Although I did refer to him having a vagina in the Ba thread and have called him many derogatory words in the past.

"Alice and "FSW".  I can kind of understand the "FSW" but taking the piss out of one your own players is just a f**king joke. Do any of you know what supporting your team means? It doesn't mean constantly ripping the piss out of one of them that is underperforming and then cheering for the best players.

Reading through the match thread and this thread you would actually think it was a liverpool forum! Even they don't rip the piss as much as some of you now!

It is funny that instead of celebrating a fantastic 5-1 win some people are more pre-occupied with putting the boot into Torres.

Just shows you how pissed off the fans are with his consistently sh*te performances.

Torres is playing alongside some of the most creative players the world has to offer, but they are playing alongside a dud.

Any mug could score goals in this team, and Torres does, usually the fifth against Leeds.

Everyone else does the hard part and he skulks around, like the world owes him a living.

His general demeanour, by and large, is shocking. For someone earning 175k a week, shocking. For someone who's had the whole team club built around him, shocking. For someone who's been indulged such as him, shocking. He just feels awfully sorry for himself almost all the time, and we deserve more than that. He is cheating us. No will, no fight, no character. No personal responsibility.

Yes, it was only Southampton, but they are a Premiership side and Ba got two goals away from home from open play.

Has Torres ever done that .. ? In two years .. ?

This is one of the strongest teams in the world, I'd love to see Torres in a struggling side, and I mean really struggling, then he might really have something to feel sorry about.

Or it just shows how obsessed you are with hating one of your own players! Another "fan" who probably only started supporting us in 2005.

Yes, you know me so well :face_palm: . If I disliked Torres and he was playing really well, your argument that I'm not a true Chelsea fan may be justified. But the fact that he just put in the worst performance from any Chelsea player I've ever seen, and the fact that he has been relatively crap ever since we bought him justifies my dislike of him and of Rafa Benitez for playing him.

I care about the club which is why I'd like to see Torres away from it. Whenever he plays I want him to do well, but he is consistently sh*te.

No one is saying you can't express how poor you think torres is. It is when you start giving him cringey nicknames and going on about him in threads that have nothing to do with him that piss people off. You claim that me and timetowaste are obsessed with torres but the only people with the obsession is you and your hate mob!

It doesn't matter how poor you think he is playing ffs! That ain't the point I am making. He is still a chelsea player therefore you don't rip the piss out of him at any given opportunity! He plays for the team you claim to support.

The hypocrisy is frustrating, if Torres had scored those two goals, you would be one of the people moaning about how it was only Southampton and one goal was a tap in. And he did score the hat trick vs QPR although it was at the Bridge, but wait, it was only QPR so it obviously is irrelevant.

Torres scores - people moan about when he scores, the opponent he scores against, the way he scores.

Torres doesn't score - people moan about the fact he didn't score

It is ridiculous and ludicrous the way that the real anti Torres people are on this forum, not one little bit of praise. Ba scores two against a weakened Southampton and great, well done Demba, but if it was Torres scoring two vs Southampton, it would have dismissed as Southampton having a weakened team. It is just baffling, really baffling.

Torres wouldn't have made the runs to score either of those 2 goals.
