heard its ankle ligament damage, probably find out the severity once he's been for a dcan tomorrow. Hopefully not as bad as it sounds.

Edit: Never mind, just saw they are saying it was his foot and not his knee. Carry on. If hes really unlucky and completely tore his tibiofibular ligament he could be in trouble, but I think he still makes the WC

No word yet but Martinez sounds sound hopeful.

He's even considering bringing in another striker before Friday because of the injury. 

Thought it looked like the ankle rather than the knee. It was a very unlucky injury. Hope the damage is not too long-term.

Hopefully he will get some PR lessons while he is not playing.

I think he will be sold in the summer but not sure enough to bet a grand on it. Anything can happen in football so i wont be betting.

Simply isn't good enough? You've already written off the career of a 20 year old striker who has scored almost a goal every 2 games in the top flight of English football for 2 seasons running? Granted he needs to improve still but he's still very young and will improve.
