His creativity is much worse(his chances created stat is misleading because most of them are created from set pieces) and defensively he might be only marginally better if at all.

He doesn't have to replace fabregas. I am pretty sure he can play in most positions and even on the right wing if needed.

He can, but it's not his best position. Why would we buy a very expensive CM to play on the wing? He's not a good dribbler. I'd rather we spend money on a proper creative right winger.

AM use him on the flank but he plays centrally for Spain which I feel is his best position. Fantastic young talent with the kind of work rate Jose covets.

Ahhh, Arsenal.  Only club where the players hold up their fingers for #1 when in fact they finished #4.  In a way I envy how they can celebrate the little things just as much as we can celebrate big things like winning the CL

Credit were it is due, I didn't want him next to Matic today but it sure bloody paid off, I didn't expect the team to click so well but Fabregas playing there certainly helped it.

What a player 15 assists. His mentality is just great never gives up and shows passion in everything he does. One of the few matchwinners in the team.
