Seriously though, Arsenal's injury record is shocking. I'd be seriously concerned if all these players are out for so long with seemingly none of the injuries taking place whilst playing if I were them. It seems like their fitness coaches must be sh*t or their training pitches are dodgy. Do they not stretch correctly? Warm up enough? Warm down at all?!

They're at risk of breaking their players (like Liverpool did Torres) by rushing them back from injury before they fully recover.

, tonight on sky sports 2 there's an incredibly fascinating game on, namely stoke under 21's v Newcastle under 21's in Division 2. Who's watching?

Why the hell is this live on sky :)

I think that I heard on radio lately that Arsenal have been trying to address the injury problem to the point of having the training pitches totally relaid a few years ago. Obviously it's not working for them but it could be as much to do with the type of player they are signing. Overall are Arsenal a bit more lightweight than other teams?

Martin Odegaard, Martin Odegaard, Martin Odegaard, Every football page, site, facebook article and twitter account I seem to see is talking about this guy. Has anyone seen him play for his club side or Norway? Is this guy all hype or has he actually got the talent? Some people say he's the next Messi, Some say he has David Silva's technique, A lot of compliments for such a young guy, I'm not going to go on youtube and search for him because those youtube videos are so well assembled that they could present a case for Niklas Bendtner being a good footballer.

I haven't seen him play but apparently he dreams of playing for Liverpool so screw him.

Oh, and here's a youtube video:

Didn't watch all of the video, but he looks to have good dribbling skills. More impressed with his seeing a pass and weigh of pass.

Abou Diaby has been ruled out for 3 months after suffering another serious hamstring injury, and in other news it's cloudy outside.

How? He hasn't even been playing

Apparently someone poked him on Facebook

Arsenal as a club are f**kED, they are split right down the middle, i have never seen or heard about chelsea supporters, even when we where down in the sh*t, in div 2. fighting each other over a manager. the board is same as well with usmanov and kronke playing they're egotiscal power game at the expense of the club and the fans, who are as feckless as the board living off the memory of the  invincibles,  No champions league for arsenal this year! Thank f**k.

Will this international break benefit us? I don't like to go back to West Brom after an international break but at the same time less fixtures in November (if this truly is the cursed month) and rests for some of our players such as Costa which should do him the world of good.

Not just Costa and Fabregas, JT gets a much needed rest also and thats as important, if not more.

Aye he has even played more games than Gary Cahill I believe.

also it would be good if you were always like this!

We're playing West Brom at home, not away which is somewhat better.

I'm slightly more worried about Sunderland, in truth. Poyet has been a thorn in our side since managing them.

On the Evans issue I always think it's dodgy to determine your view based on a specific case as it leaves it open to interpretation of the specifics of the conviction.

You have to consider these things more generally. I.e should a convicted criminal be allowed to return to work after his time is served?

For me the answer is yes. However an employer is under no obligation to employ said person. It is a moral decision the employer has to take and they have to be prepared to deal with the reaction to that decision.

If I was an employer would I employ a rapist, paedophile or murderer after they are released? No.

Would I employ a someone convicted of a 'lesser' crime? Possibly.

You can't totally dismiss the concept of people serving their time and being given a chance to rebuild their lives.

Sunderland are one of those teams that are absolute sh*te most of the time then they go on a run of decent results. It's frustrating not knowing what Sunderland side will turn up when they face us.

WWE wrestling boss Vince McMahon risked angering fans in Liverpool by appearing to compare the city to ebola.

Mr McMahon, 69, then came out and made an apparent attempt to mock the Liverpool accent in a bid to enthuse the crowd.

Taking to the microphone, he said Liverpool had been worse than Sheffield and Leeds, two other cities on the tour, and the audience needed to wake up.

He added Liverpool sounded “like an old man’s skin disease”, before saying “Liverpool...kind of like ebola, it just crawls up on ya.”

:laugh2:

it's frustrating how often we seem to be the team that they begin their good run.
