Apparently they plan to leave the ground as it is for the first season in the PL; they are being careful with their money which, on balance, seems sensible.

Yeah, looks like you're right: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/30169243Makes sense really.

Upon reflection (staring at the table for a while) I'm guessing the last new club to come up was Hull. Before that it was presumably Wigan?

Wonder how Les Ferdinand feels now? He was insulted to only be offered the Bournemouth job, yet they'll be in the Premier League next season while the team he is currently coaching are heading in the other direction.

intersting article, we may become champions with profit in the last eight years.

look at the stats, all club always buy/sell. But it's always chelsea that bought the league  :laugh2:

Interesting to look at Man Us 12/13 seasons in and outs.

In - Shinji Kagawa (£12m), Wilreid Zaha (£15).

Out - Paul Pogba (£1), Park Ji-sung (£2m)

Sigh...tuned into talksport post youth cup win to listen to any Bournemouth reaction, maybe youth cup talk, but it's Goldstein ranting about us being most boring team to ever win the league again like last week

My god people have really jumped on that haven't they? Is it a call on show?

I heard they may have to negotiate a ground share with Southampton because their ground won't meet EPL standard - has anyone else heard that?

I've just heard the same and am googling to see if I can check if it's true.

So boring...

Some good stuff there, nice reminder...one thing that stood out for me...seeing fully fit Costa break clear v arsenal earlier in the season...how we have missed that in second half of the campaign..hope his hamstring gets fully sorted in the summer cos when 100 per cent he is unstoppable

He looked positively gutted when Mirallas scored. Putting himself first over the team - again.

I think the old offside rule should come back FWIW.

I actually thought that even under the current offside rules, Lukaku was offside. How can the linesman not think that Lukaku was interfering with play ? He runs straight towards the ball and then at the last second he leaves it, that is interfering with play and is offside.

congrats to Bournemouth, they have played some really good football and it's deserved promotion. Their manager has done an incredible job to bring them up from 2 divisions down previously  ::clap2:: at least it won't be a long slog journey up north for us too, only a couple hours drive down south.

Nice that we have the possibility of shorter away days with Watford and Bournemouth coming up, but I'm seriously thinking Sunderland and Newcastle could be down.

Newcastle have QPR and Leicester, both away. The other two home games are West Brom and West Ham who are both 'safe', but they face West Brom who have Arsenal, Man United AND us either side of that match. They'll be targeting that Newcastle game as the most winnable.

Newcastle have lost their last 7 as well. Think they'll be in it right to the end.

Newcastle are in real danger, they don't even look like getting a single point right now. I do think one win will probably see them safe though.

I'm happy for both Sunderland and Newcastle to go down, I don't want our players having to make that long trip. I don't want Boro up for the same reason.

Two southern teams going up Gem!

Boro coming up would benefit us because we could loan them a player, be it Bamford or A.N. Other.
