April 5, 201610 yr What is the similarity between the scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz and Fernando Torres? Same hairstyle and both of them wanted a brain.
April 5, 201610 yr Was good to see Jordi Alba's magic sponge working wonders again. Horrible little c**t.
April 5, 201610 yr Good to see the game warming up.....not sure why we got shot of Luis....oh yeah we have a naturally left footed player in 'Dave'....oh wait he is right footed, but we chose to have a cart horse on the right. When you think of how many good players we got shot of in the last 2 years..it makes you wonder.
April 5, 201610 yr Totally forgot there is CL football tonight. Stumbled on Barfelona v Atletico by accident. Torres and Felipe Luis starting; Simeone already going mental. I was genuinely surprised to hear this morning that CL is still going - as far as I'm concerned the season is over bar the shouting. Had completely forgotten it wasn't really. This is how the West Hams, Villas, Evertons must feel most years...........
April 5, 201610 yr Barcelona obviously all over ten-men Atletico. This feels so familiar. So who will score Atletico's second goal? Edited April 5, 201610 yr by Maksimov
April 5, 201610 yr Shame that Nando got sent off, spoiled the entire game. AM would have given Barca a good going over otherwise
April 5, 201610 yr I've posted this two or three times before on here but it's incredible how many red cards the opposition seem to get against Barcelona and most of them are of the soft variety, Maybe Mourinho was right.

April 5, 201610 yr so UEFALONA won again ?! smh.... i wonder when the last time someone from barca got sent off in the champions league
April 5, 201610 yr What a surprise, Torres started and scored against Barca, then got sent off after about 30 minutes. I didn't see the first yellow card, but the second looked pretty soft, Busquet ( was it? ) made a complete meal out of it by rolling around.

Busquets making a meal out of the slightest touch is a bit like Messi scoring. You just kind of expect for it to happen every time they get on the ball.
April 6, 201610 yr So PSG v City tonight, who to favour? I really don't buy into cheering on other English teams in Europe, and yes I know about coeffiency and that I just don't want our rivals enjoying success (I'll make an exception next year for Leicester) Having said that I can't stand that big nose prick Zlatan and Luiz is a tool too. So come on City.

Messi is the new scholes as far as commentators and ref are concerned. Massive dive last night, ref ignored it and commentator chuckled at it. Likewise with a definite yellow card foul later on.

So come on City. Would love to see PSG turn over the English branch of the City Football Group, especially considering their top four status is by no means confirmed. They're only one point ahead of United and only three points ahead of the Hammers. Personally I'd love to see them turned over heavily tonight just to see how empty the Etihad can get in the return leg, but I'm also excited to see just how many knots United can tie themselves in if they actually make it into the top four and then have to decide between sticking with Van Gaal (lovely) or going with Jose.
April 6, 201610 yr Will be supporting City but not too fussed either way. Edited April 6, 201610 yr by RichardCFC
