July 25, 20169 yr It's probably worth noting that we played about 500 games during that season as well.
July 25, 20169 yr You constantly post rubbish on here. You claimed the other day Conte didn't rate or want Costa despite the man a few days before coming out and telling us the very opposite. Pedro is a better footballer than Moses, nothing you post will change that. Why are you bringing the talk about Conte not rating Costa here? Well let me make things easier to understand for you. I said Conte PROBABLY doesn't rate Costa which is just a guess as non of us actually know why we are constantly been linked with many strikers when we already have 4. Am not Conte and I don't know his plans that was why I used the word PROBABLY. So I can't see how that suddenly made Pedro's performance in is first season better than that of Moses. Moses still has that over him until Conte gives both of them the chance to prove themselves again.
July 25, 20169 yr I actually quite rate Moses as a squad player and have nothing against him, but suggesting he is a better footballer than Pedro really is quite ridiculous. Moses had a respectable full season with Chelsea, not knocking that, but since then he has been underwhelming to say the least scoring just 8 goals in 3 seasons. Pedro scored 8 just last season. It's not a dabate that needs stats to put it to be though to be honest, anyone who has eyes and a brain and has watched a bit of football over the last 8 odd years would rate Pedro above Moses; the gulf in class in terms of technical ability is vast. As for Cuadrado, it really is a laugahble comparison and I am insulted on Pedro's behalf that anyone has even brought it up in a serious manner in all honesty! And who said Moses is a better footballer than Pedro?

How in any way shape or form does that come across as Conte 'probably' not rating him? I bring it up because it's only 1 example of the stuff you post which makes zero sense to the rest of us. This Moses-Pedro thing is just yet another example of that. Pedro was a vital clog in the most successful Barca and Spain side in history and has scored goals on every stage in European and International football. He's proven himself time and time again and in what was a dismal season for Chelsea and 90% of the players here he did OK. If you are rating him on 1 season at Chelsea then you writing off every other player who we have too? Hazard, Costa, Cesc, Terry and so on? You talk about stats and if that's your thing then look at Pedro's stats over his career compared to Moses. Edited July 25, 20169 yr by Chelsbear
July 25, 20169 yr And who said Moses is a better footballer than Pedro? Even Conte will take both over Pedro. Moses is more dangerous when attacking than Pedro and if Cuadrado doesn't get into the team as a winger he is a good option as a RB. So I just don't get the hype about Pedro being more valuable than Moses and Cuadrado. Ludicrous isn't it? How many goals did Pedro score here in his first season to make him better than Moses? It certainly looks like that's what you are trying to make out? Edited July 25, 20169 yr by Chelsbear

You waisted your time and effort typing about how Pedro was the greatest player for Barcelona because nobody claimed Moses is a better footballer than Pedro. We were talking about their how they both fair in their first season with us. Calm yourself down so you can get that right. Mind you even I rate Pedro so I was happy we signed him though he is yet to live up to expectations. Moses is younger and I think if given the confidence we will benefit more from him than Pedro.
July 25, 20169 yr Why are you comparing a player involved in one of the worst Chelsea seasons in well over a decade? A single average season does not make anyone a bad player, Hazard is not a bad player but he was very poor last season as was the case with the vast majority of them. Moses has been going club to club struggling to get into teams like West Ham and Stoke. Pedro has been winning trophies and scoring goals at the very highest level. Moses is younger yes but he's no youth player...he's 25 only 3 years younger than Pedro who at the same age achieved and performed at a far higher standard than Moses ever has. It's a ridiculous comparison on just about every level.

Pedro is a better footballer than Moses, nothing you post will change that. At least he's consistent. That's more than you can say for some of our players ;)
August 7, 20169 yr I've just seen a tweet he's posted with a picture of him in the number 11 shirt, has he taken up that number now?
August 12, 20169 yr According to Spanish website Deporte Valenciano, Valencia are keen on signing the former Barcelona star, but are unwilling to meet Chelsea’s asking price of €20m.

August 12, 20169 yr Loads of rubbish rumors out there, in Italy they are claiming Cesc has been offered to clubs. Slow news day Fully agree with Cesc's rumor but I think there's something to Pedro's as I don't see him featuring much in Conte's plan. Just my thought though.
August 18, 20169 yr I expect a big season from Pedro, he came at the wrong time last season, he joined a team who were awful for various reasons, he couldnt have came at a worse time, but this season as long as we can get back to being a top team again, Pedro will thrive under Conte, i can definitely see him taking Willian's place in the team as we need the extra firepower in attack, in a Chelsea team playing well, Pedro should be scoring 10+ goals and getting his fair share of assists as well, He was also the first man Conte turned to after West Ham equalized, so Conte obviously trusts him, i think Conte will certainly consider starting him against Watford
August 20, 20169 yr Pathetic to say the least. sh*t player. Absolutely sh*t. Cant wait for him to get his goals against a league 2 team, so that people can throw stats at my face. Should have been one of the first players out of here. Him, Oscar, Iva. Just cant seem to understand there inclusion in the squad. Bang average sh*t players.
August 20, 20169 yr Was terrible today, but his strength is getting on the end of things, not getting on tne ball and making things happen. I think there is a place for him in the squad, but maybe not as a starter.
August 20, 20169 yr Thought he was an average player at Barca but he isn't even average he is worse. I'd sell him too he is a headless chicken.
August 20, 20169 yr I think Cuadrado would have been better suited for today's game... Pedro was near the halfway line for Watford's goal. I think Cuadrado is as good as gone but at least he knows how to play as a right wing back Edited August 20, 20169 yr by the special one
August 22, 20169 yr Could be off before the window closes. Valencia apparently seriously interested. (Source: internet :)
