I think just sorting out the full backs will improve the team more than anything else (don't get me wrong we're f**ked elsewhere but LB and RB in particular).

Azpilicueta is NOT a left back, it's actually painful watching him play there, great defending usually but worse than useless going forward. Move him to RB and watch him flourish.

Bring in a proper natural left back as well and i think we'll be much more effective going forward

It is the exact team most of us wanted picked, bar brana maybe. Yet we are still so so poor.

There are some real problems clearly there because this group of players should do far far better than this.

 

Yep, for me it's not so much the players but the style and the formation, it's not set up right at all. 4-2-3-1 does not work for us anymore. Fabregas next to Matic is done, it's too light weight and both of them seem to lose focus when closed down.
