Matic either lifted his arms to generate a leap and completely mistimed it due to not seeing well through his mask or just tried to handball it weirdly...

Oscar isnt quite what he was in the last game, though he is ok, Cesc and Matic for me arent doing much, they seem to be leaving it mostly for the front 3 or 4 to run back for them.

Madness from Matic who has been poor / missing generally. We re obviously trying to move the ball a bit quicker going forward, particularly Oscar who is going for 1 touch. Would like to see H come on at half time not later. Pedro hasn't been bad but not much spark.

Seriously, I've been a Magic backer through all the garbage he's been serving up, simply because of the lack of a capable alternative, but unless he puts in a top notch 45 mins (unlikely) he needs to be booted off the first 11 for Mikel.

We played ok, deserved the lead. Just like many games under Jose, we found a way to give away a goal. A complete f* B* gift to them, there was no pressure on him, even if he missed the ball it wouldn't have mattered much. I sense players were really disheartened by the goal, we worked pretty hard to get where we were at the time. I think we are playing better than against Sunderland, but this opposition is a level up. A 1:0 would have been real nice, and they would have pressed more and left space behind for us, now it's a complete different game. Their 2 strikers will create plenty of problems for us in the second half, I'm really worried if Ighalo get 1 on 1 with JT.

I think we improved a bit to the quality of the end of last season, if we win it'll be fine margins like it was like last half season.
