f**k off with the excuses for Rooney, miss timed my f**king ass. He didn't even go for the ball. I'm sick of the excuses for that twat just because he is English. If that was one of our lot, Costa especially, they would have been ripped apart by pundits and the media.

I'm looking forward to skys "Rooney's crimes" showreel being shown every 20 minutes for the next week......

Decent result. Not the best performance, but I thought it was a fair result in the end.

I'm not sure what the complaining was about, United have out passed every team in the league season, so it was always going to be difficult to find our own rhythm when we got the ball.

Both teams had good chances, and I was suprized we actually had as many opportunities as we did, as United have a great defensive record, and we struggle with a false nine.

Another game unbeaten, onwards and upwards hopefully.

Ok, you heard it here first. Roman insists on running the star players into the ground, so that neither Carlo nor Jose, nor this old pensioner, had any choice in the matter. It's the ONLY thing that makes any friggin sense whatsoever

He was absolved by Ferdinand, which is to be expected, then everyone just followed his opinion really. But when even Webb says it's a red then it's a 100% red

Job done. Far from a great performance but we're away at old Trafford, ten places behind them and this result should help build confidence. The players look completely shattered but they managed to hold on, fair play to them.

I don't know why people expect hiddink to play the kids in the circumstances outlined above in his second match, totally unrealistic and some people seem to want a moan for anything.

Also if you think that performance was the worst of the season then you must have severely shirt memories. We had the better chances and I have no doubt had Jose been the manager more of you would be saying what I am- is the rest of the season going to be this kind of grass is not always greener moaning at even the slightest opportunity?

No one was asking for the kids from the start but if you think Oscar deserved 92 minutes today then I despair.

He has flattered to deceive for 3 years, he is extremely average and was awful tonight, why shouldn't Kenedy/Traore get 30 minutes to show what they can do?

We were second best all day, something needed to change and it never, we were extremely lucky to get out of their with a point.

Much better second half.

Should have won really given that chance for Matic. Pedro was great and JT was incredible.

Personally I think Hiddink hadn't been there long enough to change our style dramatically before such a big game. We'll see more changes over the coming weeks.

3 games unbeaten for the first time this season and now, NOW, people are getting annoyed with the manager?

F*cking hell.

Definitely an improved second half performance, I think we were more or less equal, which is something considering how poor we were in the first half.

Matic was far better in the second half, and looked eager to make up for missing what was ultimately our best opportunity of the game. Credit to Terry who was a brick wall throughout, and also to Azpilicueta, Mikel, and Courtois, who made a couple of excellent saves, but wasn't tested as much as he might have been.

Still more questions than answers for both sides, but we at least take away a clean sheet and a point (and a three-game unbeaten run). We will certainly look better when Costa is back.

Another stern test in Palace away next, followed by a home cup game against Sc**thorpe which you would hope would provide somewhat of a breather.

Good point to pick up against Wimbledon- sorry, Man Utd. Dirtiest team I've seen all season by a country mile.

That says a lot considering how many times we've played Stoke this season!

On a positive that's 3 games undefeated since Jose left. On another positive at least we don't have a deformed retarded freak as a manager like Man U.

I thought we were a little better after the first 30 but how couldn't we be. Pedro had a decent second half. I thought Matic was better (not hard) apart from his awful miss. Mikel had shocker in 2nd half. Oscar poor, so frustrating we know he can be good but is so inconsistent. Willian poor today and stupid handball was a pen. Some players, obviously exhausted last 20 mins with the 2 games in 2 days, particularly Haz who isn't fully fit. How Guus didn't see fit to inject some pace and youth...?? My only thought is that he is taking a conservative approach re relegation being a serious issue but it's well documented on here that we'd rather see some fresh blood get a chance.

Better second-half but make no mistake, we got away with murder.

That first-half was so bad I'll have nightmares about it for years to come.

No wonder we were so knackered at the end, we were chasing shadows first-half, and it was painful watching our most creative players chase and chase, running themselves into the ground.

T-Bo man of the match, obviously.

Ivanovic an embarrassment, obviously, but he wasn't the only poor performer.

Yes Oscar, I'm talking about you.

A point nearer to safety but at this rate I don't fancy our chances of staying up.

Utd have lost their last four, haven't won in seven and have been knocked out of the CL.

They said if they lost this one the manager was out.

Luckily for him he was up against Chelsea.

In the games we've played Hazard or Oscar or Schurrle up front, I'm pretty sure we haven';t ever scored a single goal.

That's got to be about the 5th or 6th time we've tried it, and every single time we've scored 0 goals.

But please, keep trying it.

Firstly, absolutely hate playing without a striker.

Secondly, I think you have to take each game on it's own merit sometimes, and while ManU have been poor in the last few games, I thought we did really well to quell a team that looked red hot in the first 20.  Ivanovic learned how to deal with Martial.. why he couldn't have used his wealth of experience to do that from the beginning I don't know, but anyway, he looked a certainty to score in the first half and didn't in the end.

A lot more players look to have more intent, however one or two look the same.

We looked spent by the end.. I'll take the point.

Meanwhile how the fcuk have bt given the awful and should have been sent off Rooney man of the match...for me it was JT...one of the few in blue to give a sh*t

Our travelling fans were amazing tonight.  Thank f**k most of you lot are not part of the actual match-going support.  You are a disgrace  - support the f**king team, or f**k off.  Thank f**k I'm not walking back down Seven Sisters with most of you half-arsed w**kers!

to think that a few seasons ago United v Chelsea would have been one of the most eagerly awaited encounters - that whole game, from both sides was dire. I'm sure BT sport will think twice about making that fixture their prime Christmas offering.
