Baba is the only real "risky" one but Ivanovic still worries me every time someone runs at him and Baba offers more going forward so I would throw caution to the wind. We could use the fresh legs as well. 

 

Depending how the game goes I would introduce RLC for Mikel/Matic and Fabregas for Hazard who is presumably unlikely to have 90 minutes in him.

Why do we just give RLC a chance if we want bodies in the DM position?

We are both struggling for form. The advantage we have over them is Mikel And the advantage they have over us is they are playing at home.

Obviously it will end with a Mikel hat-trick, which is great for me.

We need to start showing some bollocks and look to capitalise on opponent's missed opportunities and poor form. Utd are in poor form and so are we, but this is the time to try take advantage. It won't be easy (never is in big games between these two) but we have as good chance as any.

If we win this...and that is a huge IF, then there is a certain comedic tragedy that it could be the game that inevitably sees LVG gone, and Jose come in.  Yep, Chelsea beat Utd, and then Utd sign Jose.

 

 

As for team news, I can't see us making that many changes.  Despite wanting to see Kennedy or RLC or even Baba feature, I think it will be more of the same, but with Mikel and Matic in the midfield

You know what, I have no idea. Every CM of ours is woefully out of form or just crap. I don't think it will make any difference.

If Guss came to make changes, then he has to start working. Until now the only change that happened is Costa, but still it was only one game. If he will keep the same players in the starting lineup, then there was no point in firing Jose.

I really don't see many changes from Saturday. Maybe Mikel for Fabregas and Hazard for Pedro along with the forced change for Costa.
