June 21, 20233 yr From a purely emotional point of view, I would have been happy with him renewing and collecting wages even without playing a single minute because I want him to always be associated to the club. Sadly that's not a viable option. My absolute favorite player for the last few years, will be sorely missed. Hope he comes back to us in some capacity after retirement.
