I used to. Just don’t seem to get those worldy saves nowadays like De Gea seems to cough up every week.

Tibo is decent but not great.

Any shot that has a decent amount of difficulty to it will more than likely be scored with Courtois in goal. Top level goalkeepers find a way to keep these shots out of the goal, Courtois very rarely does that.

Not sure we have a hope of signing Alisson either tbh, more likely we'll go for some second rate c**t. So I'd be happy if we keep hold of Courtois, could be a lot f**king worse.

I noticed a guy in the MH stand wearing a jacket with the old badge that jacket is at least 13 years old !. That jacket is older than my grandson. Time for a change mate

Check out the Courtois thread. He has his fans alright, especially when he is getting criticised.

Conte looks very depressed.

Next league game is against spurs which is a must win if we are to get top4. I reckon we need to ideally win the next 8games to have a chance. We need to tighten up at the back and stop this passing in dangerous areas at the back.

Cahill tackling thin air before their goal sums up his fall from grace for me. Needs an upgrade next season.

I'd swap him for 3 mojo's 2 black jacks and a penny arrow bar. He's a total liability should have received a red and offers little effort of quality. New striker needed next season urgently.

 

 

Good win, dominated the game and should have made it comfortable if we'd taken our chances. Morata was pathetic when he came on, would definitely start Giroud against Barca.

A much needed win although we had a nervous last couple of minutes.

 

Points on today's match...

- Should of won by more than one goal although good defending kept the score down when we was on top in the first half.

- Morata - he comes on the pitch and then gets booked (copy and paste into any match day thread.)

- Courtious - I like him but he's certainly not irreplaceable, I'm more worried about him convincing Hazard to leave as well.

- Giroud, Willian and Kante (boy did we miss him last week) are the ones who stuck out for me today.

 

We can't afford any more slips up now, we just have to keep on winning and see where it takes us.

 

Thought the game was a bit like how the seasons gone. Showcased the best of this squad in the 1st half, (Willy, Metal Giroud, Eddie, Kante); and the worst  in the 2nd half, (Morata, Tibo) . From Champions to chumps in the same 90. However that’s not to detract from a much needed win and 3 points on the board. I’m coming over for the next 2 league games win lose or draw  it’s always special to come back to the Bridge & my beloved Shed End.

Giroud such an underrated performer. Willian such a good technical player, great feet. Hazard very underwhelming. The guy needs to make his mind up. Sulking too much lately. 

Watching MOTD and saw Hazard scored yet was ruled out for off-side.

Looked to me they got it wrong,

Hazard was off-side when the shot was initially taken yet when it rebounded from the keeper he was no longer off-side and then slotted it home. Surely the keepers touch meant hazard was on-side?

 

 

Thought we played well and should have won by more. Bit nervy to finish though. 

Giroud very unlucky not to score. Willian was lively but Kante was immense. Difference maker for me. He was everywhere.

 

I've been saying courtois is overrated for a while, and I've been slated for it. Didn't see the game today but I'm not surprised at all that that he's being criticized. For some reason he's a very overrated player, probably due to his Madrid days.

3 points won but hey lets all bitch about something anyway. FFS support your team.
