Funny you say that Richard, I got up this morning and to be fair games like these how us fans perform is nearly as important as how the team performs to me, and that constant Chelsea chant is what I thought would be good, especially if getting stuffed, anyway on the train up now, next stop the globe followed by the torch, "Chelsea, Chelsea Chelsea"

Trying to put my optimistic hat on, for Pep this is just another game, the man is not judged by winning a League cup, he's about the CL and league title. If Sarris says the right thing pre-game, we should have more hunger than them on the pitch. Pep will rotate his players , hopefully he will pick those we could take advantage of. Pep will keep the same tactic, there's no point changing after beat us up 2 weeks ago. All Sarri has to do is to counter that game plan, there won't be any surprises from City. Let's make it a difficult game for them, in 90 minutes strange things could happen.

If there is one game that Sarri needs to get us back as fans it's this one. We need to see a change that will benefit the team as a whole.

If we go with the same players and formation I just can't see us getting anything out of this game. Pep will take the game seriously, let's not kid ourselves about that.

Sarri said it is one hour preparation and the players are free to express them. 

I hope it means Kante drops alongside Jorg and Palmieri starts.

To this match I hope for this but otherwise we I want us to maybe modernize our football. 

expecting to see the usual line up kepa, azpi, rudi, Luiz, Alonso, kante jorg kova, will hig haz. 

Really hope we go with Christiansen, Emerson, RLC, and CHO, but I doubt any of them will play.

Pivotal game for sarri, a win could possibly turn it around with the fans, a loss would he the final nail in the coffin. 

Heart says a 1 nil win, head says a flattering 3 nil defeat. 

Strange feeling going into a cup final not confident of even keeping the score down, let alone winning the game.

i think your spot on.i fully expect to see the usual dross but i really hope not . if we lose at least he goes.

Preparing myself for the Sarri's normal lineup. 

Would be nice to win this trophy, our season goes wrong until now, but maybe getting the title here will change a lot.

Players like CHO, RLC, Emerson must play, they're hungry and fresh. I'm pretty sure Pep knows to play against Alonso, Jorginho. Playing Willian at midfield will surprise City and can actually be worked well for us.

As of for the revenue from the CL, who really cares? We have an incoming 1 year ban. Money wont be spend during that time, so the extra £15M to be in CL instead of Europa, is petty cash. We will have 2 years worth of money to spend once the ban is lifted. 

One positive thing for us here is we have a chance of trophy. Normally Chelsea players drop their gloves when the trophy is gone. This should lift us. Prem City game we just totally gave up after 1-0 and 2-0.

feeling nauseous - it feels like hoping for a win today is like hoping for some sort of miracle.

I'm not at all convinced by Sarri but I hope we manage a really big performance today.

We will attract better players being in UCL than not. That is why it is important. Especially with us going to appeal, we will spend big in the summer and not being in the UCL will be difficult to acquire top players.

Please pick the correct team Sarri. I’ll accept Willian at RW if you leave Barkley and Alonso out of the XI and include Emerson and RLC.

Today it is more about formation and approach than selection. Anyway everything needs to go spot on and we still might lose.
