also to support a bit of your argument, Maquire is good with the ball at his feet. However, Yanited a bit more help to in their defense. Sorry Ashley Young is not the answer at rb. Shaw is not consistent & then you have Smalling or Jones which are straight clowns. Then you add the disjointed midfield & the unsettled strikeforce of Yanited, I see a lot of work for that club to make Top 4. Hell even ESPN FC agrees with me on that sentiment & we know they hate all things CFC.

Yeah he's the type of defender that you add to an already stable backline, not to hope to solidify a sh*t one.

Rumours DDG is getting a new 500k deal which is a crazy gamble for them. If his season just gone is decline instead of just bad form they have yet another huge problem that will hold them back further.

With Maguire it´s becoming a hype thing the more this drags on. And in most cases in the past the hype transfers don´t live up or are straight flops. We´ll see what happens, but Maguire even if he exceeds expectations, is the start of a rebuilding of the squad United need to do. No champions league football next year.

Sébastien Haller to the Hammers then. Well, he's much better looking than Diego, I remember Haller well in that regard when he played for FC Utrecht

Only £25m too. Some Spud fans seem to think they are getting a good deal for some reason. I don't think Trippier is anything special, but £25m doesn't get you far in today's market, and they don't exactly have a player that will do a better job.

Depends on what side of the fence you are sitting on; compared to other transfers  within the premiership,  it is a rubbish deal. However when you consider they could potentially sign a long term replacement in Max Aaron’s for about £30m, it is very good deal. Most of Spurs transfers have a long term approach to it.

He’s just another very average manager (being kind there) who keeps getting work in and around the premiership. I’ll give him 18 months max.

As it turns out Sheffield Wednesday is taking legal advice as to how to move forward with Newcastle´s appointment of Steve Bruce. Despite Bruce´s staff handing in resignations on monday SW as a club found out of the appointment the same as everyone else, via Newcastle´s public statement. 

Imagine going to court over Steve Bruce.
