Our scouting has been poor for a few seasons. We should be looking at Alex Telles, the guy is available and throw a decent amount of money at Porto and we can get him. The board really do beat around the bush when it comes to investing in top quality players in positions needed.

A top tier CB with good physicality and strong in the air, with the ball at his feet should have been a target for a while now. An attacking LB with competent defensive abilities should have been another. The same for a RB.

Tries the cross which very rarely if ever gets to a player or pass backwards. Dave gets the ball way too much for a wing back.

To be fair he is just rotating the squad which is very necessary in this holiday period.
