Why are commentators so reluctant to not only call out Kanes diving but also to point out how terrible he has been, he constantly slowed down play and lost the ball. Also held onto the ball far too long when he could've played Hojberg in yet they criticised Hojberg for messing it up when Kane played it too late and also too wide.

Spuds were awful to watch. The whole game they either gave it to Kane who has played like a CM, or hit it long hoping for Son to hold off the entire City defence on his own. The subs were terrible too. Ryan Mason isn't anywhere near ready for this level of coaching. They could have given the temporary job to anybody else and they would do a better job.

Our team when they see Spurs lose another final

I hope not. I hope they are focusing on that rather huge game on tuesday and not giving two figs about the league cup.

So glad we did not buy Reguillon an embarrassment of a player on that showing.

Spurs were reasonable second half from about the 58th onwards just their decision making on the ball let them down.

Kane was showing his skills by spraying decent balls across field from CM.

Sterling was wasteful and Mahrez was Mahrez giving the neutral some enjoyment by cutting in and letting rip though Loris always matched them.

KDB also not too sharp and when the goal come it was a corner and header from Laporte.

Looks like it might be us to stop them winning four competitions.

I'm not having any of this "he should have been sent off" nonsense. Yes they were both bookable offences but if he had been booked for the first offence, then he wouldn't have committed the second offense knowing he's on a yellow. I'd understand if he had been booked for the first foul and then the ref bottled the second one.

Grab yourselves a medal, lads.

What a dreadful way to get a medal and a trophy. The FA have made a big effort to make this as soulless as possible.

If we win the FA Cup they'd better play One step beyond at the very least :Connie_threaten:

city made hard work of it, really should have been a few up and coasting a lot sooner rather than having to rely on a late winner, but in the end the natural orders was restored with the expected outcome - spurs going home empty handed yet again😁
