Romero looks a liability. 

Why did we not go for Thiago? He’s what we need in midfield, can pass like Fabregas, controls the midfield, can dribble, can shoot, great player overall.

The Fernandinho effect - an invaluable skill for a side looking to dominate the league. Particularly valuable when scything down an opposition player flying forward on the counter attack.

Really wish there was a clause in Conte's contract that would allow him to manage each of the scousers next opponents.

While I don't particularly buy into these invented rivalries (Foden vs Mount, James vs Alexander-Arnold, etc. - Lampard vs Gerrard was tiresome enough (and Lampard was obviously superior)) it did give me a small amount of pleasure that the goal came from a lost physical duel by Alexander-Arnold, then progressed by Kane leaving an out-of-position Alexander-Arnold for dead, and assisted by Sessegnon who attacked the space where Alexander-Arnold might have been if in position.

He'll get an assist now.

Annoying that we dropped points today. Such a waste. Puts a lot of pressure on us.
