Out of the World Cup apparently.

Left Knee injury.

We haven't even signed him yet and the injury curse has struck.

I doubt he’d go anywhere near signing for us. If if did you’d have to question his mental health.

We need to first make a statement signing so that he gets the whole vision about becoming a star player in the PL.

Otherwise he might just think that he'll have no help here and might as well go somewhere else.

So he’ll miss the World Cup, big deal. Also wouldn’t be the first injured player we signed, Chilwell and Fofana when fit did good for us.

What has Fofana done for us so far?

Our issue is too many players we rely on get injured too frequently, sure lets sign more!

lets not forget Arjen Robben either!

Hopefully not a bad injury - we've an unfortunate record recently.  Agree on the Robben, Chilwell and Fofana (more to come) comments though.  We need more that, less Laudrup/Stanic.

Nkunku worries me though - refuses to sign for me on Football Manager, not a good sign!

And the moment they show some really good form, they get injured.

Think he suffered the same injury as James. Some lesion, won't need surgery just rehab. These tendons with small ruptures can heal themselves.

With Reece it's always when he's touching "fullback Mbappe" levels aswell, so annoying.

Out 2.5 months with ruptured knee ligament.

so he won't even be around until February and even then he may not return as the same player

Tough for him and in turn for us in finding a new target if we're backing off...

Thankfully, it’s only an LCL rupture.

Unlike ACL or PCL tears, LCL ruptures have little long lasting effects given there is no meniscus or interior knee damage.
