At least this way we don’t HAVE to buy Sancho from Utd, in those new ‘favour for a favour’ transfers we keep seeing; not that it made much sense anyway, considering he’s also on 300k pw upwards.

Yes he should get a fair amount of playing time and I suspect he will score a few. That being said I am not sure he adds much to Arsenal in that position apart from experience. Their regular starters on the wings are arguably better.

Glad he's gone for the season but that's the problem, I want him to do well enough that they decide to sign him but not well enough for him to help Arsenal win the league.

Apparently no loan fee and we are paying 50% of his wages.

Imagine the goons being able to say thank you for paying Sterling to help us win the league....

Hopefully he does really well and they sign him permanently.
