2. You're about as consistent as sunshine in Wales.

3. You are usually a bit lazy mate.

4. Your goal return from the number of chances created has never been world class.

5. You can't go past opponents like you used to. It's age mate. You're slowing down.

6. You are on waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much money.

7. Because of items 1 to 6 above the Chelsea fans don't rate you all that much and couldn't give a monkey's chuff that you are not in the team. In fact most of them are delighted.

Hopefully he’s out the door soon. Wouldn’t be surprised if the club has to pay him to leave. Can’t see anyone paying much of a transfer fee or matching his wages 

I don’t rate Sterling much, I did dislike his behaviour in some of the games last season, and am not bothered if he gets sold. I don’t like that he released that statement.

However, the situation with him highlights the madhouse that this board is creating at Chelsea FC. The fact that the coach said he counted on Sterling and then, days later, the same coach had to leave him out of the team, shows how much of a random strategy this lot are running. There’s no plan with this lot, one day they want something and the following day they want the opposite. I was quite supportive of them at the beginning but, it is becoming evident that they are not very sound of mind and I just can’t see any plan on how to build a team (rather than a collection of players). And, I’m starting to feel that they are not very sure how to run economically the club, had we saved part of all the money spent on kids with potential, we might not have needed to sell players for pure profit. Also, what’s the strategy of having to buy a teams player so that the said team gets the funds to buy our player? It’s just madness and chaos.

Enzo doesn't beat around the bush. He's been super honest in terms of Raheem and Chilly.

He’s 29 ffs!

He might not fit Chelsea but if he moves to the right club I expect him to do really well. He was our top winger last season stats wise which I know don’t tell the full story but he’s turned into a bit of a whipping boy for a lot of the fans which isn’t justified when you look at similar players in our squad.

Been stripped of his number 7, which has gone to Neto. Surprised it did not go to Felix.

Raheem is so disrespected by Chelsea. Hoping he goes to a match better club like Conor playing Champions League football.

So he's gone from "important player" one week too left out of the squad, locked out of Cobham and now had his shirt-number removed while he's done nothing wrong to cause it the next.

It’s 100% sh*thouse behaviour and without doubt players and looking at this behaviour thinking “ Am I next”??

Or potential signings thinking how long before and not the flavour of the month anymore.

Only time will tell how this bolds long term, but maybe, just maybe the goal in all of this is to actually have these ridiculously paid footballers perform at a level of what's required of them. 

Well nothing surprises one anymore when I tune in to see what's happening in this new world of Chelsea Financial Club.

The way the club is run and how they are trying to force players out because THEY made financial mistakes is disgraceful.

If he didn't have any ambition/motivation left like some mention on here then If i was him I'd sit there and collect my wages as a big FU to the board.

The fact is the timing was aimed at having the biggest negative impact on the club, therefore the players and coaches/manager. f**king disgraceful in my opinion, totally uncalled for.

Ive never thought he was great for us, but I havent had a problem with him, didnt want him sold etc. But a manager picks a match day squad for his reasons, as a player you live with it. you either get grumpy and just continue to not deserve a place or you grit your teeth, train harder, make him pick you then fight to stay in the team. you dont drop sh*t like that, the self intitled little prick.

They also made decisions like buying Sterling in the first place and giving him a massive deal. Sterling never delivered like expected.

Disagree. Feels like the club had been run too soft in the last few years which IMO has led to some of the problems on the team like the lack of leadership. I dont agree with how some of the players have been treated this summer but Im glad some one at the club is starting to has some balls and hopefully this translates to the team.

They signed someone on a lengthy six figure-per-week contract and their solution after having changed their minds about their strategy multiple times over said two years is to put him in a position which alienates him and makes him impossible to sell. They should buy Twitter.

They gave him the contract…. It was their terms that they offered him. It’s all on them. By your logic we can sack off 80% of the squad from last season. They can’t give players long term contracts then pick and choose who they want to force out of the club. 

This idea of him playing poorly and that’s the reason he should be forced out is utter nonsense.

You all have short term memories because he was the one who was winning us games at the start of the season. On paper he was one of our top 5 players! Even though it’s not saying much.

Very inept. The squad will be about 3 homegrown players, 17 non-HGP and as many under 21’s as they want to include. It’s hard to see where the 8 HGP quota is ever coming from so we’ll have to get used to seeing a lot of inexperienced players.
