He's come into a club without a preseason or any players of his choosing, in poor form, with a myriad of injuries, and being asked to wave a magic wand. Our fanbase are just too entitled, fickle and impatient. Tuchel waved a magic wand when he came in. He deserves a statue for winning the CL with this sack of sh*te. Even to Jose he gave time till December the last time he sacked him. Tuchel by all means started the season poorly, but the whole trend of replacing the old and starting with new visions came only due to the new ownership. I'm not saying Tuchel would have survived this season given how bad we're doing, but so far the new ownership looks like to have sacrificed this whole season from the get-go which isn't what Roman did what he took over.

People were complaining about Tuchel being negative, but this is taking the piss. The amount of times it's gone back to Mendy when we get in their half is shocking. I can't even remember the last time we created more than a single chance in a game. Unfortunately neither can I. I’m all for trusting the process. But with potter I’m struggling to understand his style of play or vision.

We spent the summer trying to sign Kounde, then De Ligt, & ended up with an ageing Koulibaly, while Newcastle signed a young Botman for peanuts.
November 12, 20223 yr 84 minutes 54 seconds and Jorginho finally makes a defensive contribution of note. Well done.

I can't remember when we had that bad a sequence of results domestically ? Mid 80s perhaps ? In January of last year we’d lost 5 of the last 7 Prem games, with a draw and a win against WH. We weren’t too good last season and we aren’t any better now with a bunch of dead average players. Tuchel oversaw the waste of a lot of money in the summer and his choices are not suddenly going to light it up under any coach.

Not even close to 2015, 2017 and last year (Pedro and Rudi aside).
November 12, 20223 yr Sad thing is, we are absolutely crying out for some sort of attacking threat, and yet Hutchinson, who is probably literally the only guy at the club right now that looks to have a bit of magic about him, can't even get on the pitch... I swear Potter is on some mission to get himself fired and retired on a huge pay off ... none of his decisions, selections make any sense at all.
November 12, 20223 yr Absolutely pathetic performance from this team.. Boehly acted as a clown and now we are paying..
