I think vast majority of people agree Noni is our best right winger but that doesn't mean he's good it's just best of a bad bunch. He has a lot to improve on but we can't really drop him.

I wouldn't, I think Palmer would be our best RW if Maresca wasn't obsessed with him as a 10. I'd also start Neto over Noni tbh.

I think Neto is perfect as a sub with his energy. Noni rarely gets better the longer the game goes on so it also makes sense that way.

On the whole, I'm a fan of Madueke and he is still the pick of our wingers.

But stats are not much help with a player like Noni. They might tell you so much but they won't tell you about his attitude and why at times he comes across as a right lazy f**ker. That's why some fans don't rate him or want him sold, 'cos at times he is woeful and doesn't appear to give a sh*t.

Love how he has been reduced to scoring tap ins. Every fan would take Neto & Sancho scoring every game, probably is they will both need to get in the box regularly for that to happen. It isn’t a skill that can be taught.

Won’t be the first player to be labelled as such; De Bruyne was also “not tracking back” under Mourinho, he also branded Salah lazy during an half time team talk, and Tuchel hauled off Hudson Odoi at half time because he wasn’t doing enough defensively. These are things that can be ironed out using the right man management skills, and with time. If he was a 24-25yr old player half assing it sure get rid off him, but a 22yr old needs to be given time.

Madueke is the least f our worries on the wing. Funnily enough he'll probably be the one sold for profit too. Stupid sport.

Imagine Noni working with a proper centre-forward though. Perhaps someone like Costa who would murder his wife and run over his own granny to get a yard in front a defender to just get a shot on goal. Or one of Noni's crosses for once being met, not by a static, stationery Jackson, but by a soaring Drogba battering his way past two defenders to win an aerial ball that he smashes into the top of the net.

Love this, take but it negates the fact Noni would actually have to be able to pick said striker out with an acurate pass... or have the ability to put it on someones head... either the entire team cant head a ball or Noni cant cross...

I'd argue Paul Furlong was worse with his head given his body type.

Madueke is our English version of Adama Traore/ Allen Saint Maximum, great going forward and running but an end ball that causes multiple car crashes and pile-ups. In two years, he struggles to pick out his team mates. I'd have rather had signed Willian and played him for the rest of the season and he's soon to wear a Chelsea Pensioners red jacket.

Palmer, despite having a game he needs to forget, looked more at home, more direct and dangerous, thoughtful and caused more trouble than Noni does. Noni is a bang average premiership winger. awful attitude on him as well.
