February 11, 20233 yr This Coufal bugger has been fouling left right and center without getting booked
February 11, 20233 yr Author 3 minutes ago, just said: And Enzo already has more assists this season than Jorginho. Not to mention the quality of those assists.
February 11, 20233 yr Haven’t kept up with this entire thread but did anyone notice how VAR drew the line at Havertz elbow on the check? Should have been a goal. Also no VAR check shown here in the states on Felix’s disallowed goal. It looked really close.
February 11, 20233 yr Playing out of the back is so frustrating at times. It's too slow. It should be 2 passes, then move it on into midfield and start moving up the pitch. Too often we stop, look, pass it backwards, get closed down and look for a foul.

I am pretty sure the point of it is to draw in WH players and make space behind them, but yes it's a bit nail biting to watch at times.

February 11, 20233 yr Nice half, shame about the manner of the goal we gave away. Far more impressive intent from us especially in midfield. That Felix lad looks good, Thiago is still supreme.
February 11, 20233 yr for our front 4 who are playing together for the first time, this is very encouraging already
February 11, 20233 yr Author Shame about James falling asleep, he did see the player out wide but for some reason didn't panic about it until it was too late, disappointing but easily sorted with hair dryer at HT.
February 11, 20233 yr Early days but Mudryk isn't looking that great so far. Not doing his job defensively, and not getting involved offensively.
February 11, 20233 yr Havertz is holding us back. Most of our play is good until it reaches Havertz. Pretty much useless unless you put it on a plate for him.

February 11, 20233 yr Disappointing to be just level We lost a bit of impetus in midfield second part of the half Mudryk struggling to get into the game not helped by Cucurella Felix sublime Better performance though so far
February 11, 20233 yr A better performance but still not quite clicking. New guys working out the premier’s a step up.

Cucurella poor distribution imo is what led to the goal but yeah James should have done better
February 11, 20233 yr I’m not sure James and Madueke are a natural combination down the right, it feels like they both want to occupy the same space.
February 11, 20233 yr Our front 4 is at least dangerous now and Enzo is such a breath of fresh air, even made RLC look competent

I think he's been very good. A goal where the offside wasn't by him. A lot of good linkup play and he is making those behind the line runs every attack.
