Chalobah not really a left sided player, cucu first game back. What I do think is there is an over reliance on Gallagher who didn't seem fully fit, just like there was an over reliance on Silva. The midfield 3 need a bit of rotation. Chukwuemeka was on the bench, so maybe he will get some minutes against Leicester.
March 12, 20242 yr Amazing seeing the usual clown claim he gave a good HT teamtalk, completely ignoring that we were shockingly bad the first 15 minutes of the 2nd half and relied on Palmer pulling us out the sh*t once again. Were now basically at the same point as Sarri/Hazard. I hate how submissive he is on the sidelines, he just never gets involved, just sits on his hands looking bored sh*tless. The players look over at him and see him just sitting there looking clueless, no wonder they look like they cant be arsed half the time, the manager blatantly isnt. Edited March 12, 20242 yr by dkw
March 12, 20242 yr three points and ive split my sides laughing at the comments thanks for making my morning. Can we create another thread and call it "Poch triggers man child's into meltdown thread" - DWK gets the award this morning for most bitter comments based on how a person looks standing on the sidelines. Wonder if the club can dismiss a manager on the grounds of how he stands on the touchline... Priceless... it's absolute comedy. Have a great day ya'll

Sorry mate but this is just plain stupid. Look at Carlo Ancelotti. He says absolutely nothing and is one of the most decorated coaches of all time if not the most. I understand how an unanimated coach might bother you but he is probably himself in the HT, before the games and during the game. Would probably be very weird if he suddenly started shouting at players uncharacteristically. Him shouting or being quiet means absolutely nothing. You can argue whether a quiet type coach is the right type for our young squad but even that is a bit of a stretch.

Carlo doesnt say nothing at all, hes often on the sides speaking to his players. This is an incredibly young team, they need direction, they need to see a manager on the sidelines giving them confidence, helping them along, Poch does none of that, he just sits looking uninvolved. That does not help these young lads at all. Oh and also, wind your neck in olderschoolcfc, your "im a better fan because i love Poch" sh*t is boring.
March 12, 20242 yr Well he got the fans in the ground singing and enjoying themselves. Bar a quiet moment in the run up and after their first goal, the MHL was rocking. Nice to see match going fans backing the club, it clearly lifts the players.

I do think people have a got a point about Poch's team talks though, we seem to always have a sh*te start to the 2nd half.
March 12, 20242 yr I want to see a big win. No more unlucky bollocks or we should of, could of, would of. Let's f**king beat United.

Have a great day ya'll Rumour is @dkw wants Poch to be replaced by Linford Christie, he also wants Boehly to build a running track around the pitch so the new gaffer can run some laps around it to inspire the team.
March 12, 20242 yr Quite a fun fact, every permanent manager we've had since Ancelotti are now without jobs (or will be without one in the summer). AVB, Di Matteo, Benitez, Jose, Conte, Sarri, Lampard, Tuchel, Potter. Special mention to the retired Guus.

Keep me giggling mate. honestly it was a brilliant comment this morning... I guess hungover from celebrating the win last night. Basically, sack a manager because of how he looks on the touchline. Pure comedy... Ive not said I love poch at any stage, Ive defended him and the club and pointed out that you need stability to build a team which is where we find ourselves. I dont love him or any manager. They do a job.. But six months isn't a time frame to do a job or implement ideas. If only we still had the dog track and cars behind the goal... jumpers for goal posts and managers who abuse players on the touchline, or dressing room... the good ol days... Now that's some dark twisted humour. https://www.football.london/chelsea-fc/chelsea-apologise-terrible-crimes-committed-20204269

March 12, 20242 yr Some may call it "dark twisted humour', I call it a disgusting remark. This old bloke keeps banging on about loving the club and how he's been through thick and thin following Chelsea but, at the slightest opportunity he digs at it with his constant remarks about being relegated with 20 or more points deduction, linking Abramovich with the Ukraine invasion, and now linking Chelsea of old to disgusting, criminal practices. As I said you made me laugh... After everything you've said about the guy in charge of the club you support, it boils down to appearance. It's a cheap shot and try Make observations like that about someone with a disability and see where it gets you. Keep drinking and posting bud, gives me a laugh...

Another faux outrage guy... what about any of the above isn't true or factually inaccurate about the club's history? I haven't linked Roman to the Ukraine invasion - the UK government did and hence why we have new owners. Roman denies his steel is used in Russian tanks currently in Ukraine. Think about it. I didnt abuse children while visiting the football club, a CFC coach did that, the club paid out compensation very recently, under Roman just six years ago. So FYI, since posting that we could face a points deduction, the rules may be about to change and an amnesty brought in for clubs. Subject to the sanctions the club could be found guilty of we could be relegated with a massive points deduction... especially if we dont or didnt get enough points. Hit the block button huh? 😉

March 12, 20242 yr On 03/03/2024 at 10:55, olderschoolcfc said: Perhaps CFC have had to move on most players signed under Roman because the deals they signed under the previous club administration were dodgy. I mean we are currently being investigated for multiple breaches of FFP... Perhaps the new owners had to mitigate previous risks hence why they have taken the club in the direction they have. We were owned by the Russian state and look what happens to anyone who opposes it. Give it a few years and we'll all be in trenches of Eastern Europe. Happy days ahead. .
March 12, 20242 yr 20 minutes ago, RMH said: . And what is untrue about that? Where and what country did Roman's money come from? Who allowed him and other oiligachs to make all that money? Answers on a postcard to Alex Navalny in a Siberian gulag.... oh wait, look what happens to those who oppose the Russian state...
