I'm going to an end of the season party with other mates I go to the football with before heading to the game. I suspect that there will be more drinking involved than usual if only to try to forget what's gone on for the last 9 months....

Will be doing something similar. Will meet up with the people I go to the games with for a couple of beers before and a few beers and a curry afterwards. As you say, lots of drinking to forget the last nine months. As we live in different parts of London, Kent and Essex match day is usually the only time we meet up as a group.

Roll on next season!

Hope the loss on Sunday is of a respectable nature and not another cricket score, or even better Eddie plays his B team. Then Thank Fark the season is over and Frank's tenure as well - bless him, has there aver been a worse coach in our club's history ? I suspect that it would be a close call between him and uncle Fester.

Roll on next season, its long odds to hope that a new coach whomever that may be coupled together with the summer window can right all of the wrongs the owners have done in the last year but Hope Springs Eternal.

Carefree and Keep The Faith boys & girls !!

Although I am not as negative as some I can’t wait until this one’s over to be honest …………

Renew and regroup 👍

That’s what it is all about, isn’t it? Getting together with some friends supporting the same team, have a few pints, sing a few songs, throw celery to the air, moan about how crap we’ve played, and get back home waiting for the next time we’ll get together. Win or lose, it’s a blue day! Up the Chels!!

Agree. Have drunk many beers together over the years. There is great banter and we all have some great stories to tell. Some of the piss taking is brilliant and we insult each other in a way that only friends can. As you say, we have a moan but can't wait for the next time to get together.

Win or lose, up the blues.

Alright here we go, one final time this challenging season. Seeing a couple of preseason games in person I thought we look ill prepared, but this was tougher than expected.

surprise me one time this season.  Come on Chelsea - let’s have a performance!
