Nicolas Jackson - striker

Somehow I don’t think Jackson is going to come back with a smile on his face, knuckle down, and set out to prove his doubters wrong. I may be wrong but the boy is likely to hold a grudge, be pissed at everyone, and not really give a f**k. It’s going to be one long soap opera I fear. And it’s going to dominate the media and our season is going to be all about Jackson. As I said, I hope I’m wrong…

Prove what?

Our st has scored exactly 0 goals this season.

Pretty sure he is staying.

I still stand by this. Pretty obvious it has been the correct choice all along unless be would go perma.

So is he coming back or not?

Absolute clusterf**k, not only could we be missing out on an absolutely astronomical fee for the worst player to ever grace the Prem but now we’re potentially going to end up with someone who’s attitude already stank stinking the place up even more as he knows we don’t want him but have no choice.

f**king liability this board at times.

Bayern have no intention of buying him that’s why they wouldn’t throw in an obligation. If he and Bayern want each other - pay the f up imo. Otherwise he’s our player. I reckon he’d be fine in a few weeks and might have a point to prove. How many games did he expect to play over Kane anyway.

Latest player on the radar, Conrad Harder. Would probably require Bayern to commit to buy though.

Club is all over the place. Conrad Harder is another one that needs loads of minutes to develop, and isn’t even currently tearing up the Portuguese league. He had 5 goals & 5 assists last season, granted he started only 6 games but the step up to the PL is massive. I can imagine the club’s thinking is they buy him now, loan him to Strasbourg, and buy Emegha from Strasbourg at the end of the season. Issue is the latter is probably a Jackson level when we signed him from Villarreal. Club transfer policy is bizarre at best.

If Delap got injured after the deadline we'd be in a much worse situation. We can still do something here. Bringing Jackson back though after he already smiled at Allianz however is a bit f**ked up. I guess this is some sort of worse case scenario.

This also brings up the discussions between Chelsea and Bayern as we now twist their arm saying you can have him but you have to buy him like we want. Will strain the relationship between the two clubs.

I think this could still turn up so they buy him now and we find some attacker to fill up the numbers. It is possible.

Mind you Bayern are also a bit desperate with attacking players.

Anyway this can end up in many ways. Just hoping it ends up a good way for us. Media will destroy us but what's new really.

Sell in January or he continues to compete with Delap.

All you need to know about ‘next Neymar’ Chelsea target Nicolas Jackson

Chelsea show no signs of slowing down in the transfer market and have turned to Villarreal forward Nicolas Jackson in a bid to solve their continual woes at centre forward.

We won't sell him to Bayern this window because we know how lethal he is and don't want him to destroy us when we play Bayern ..

That's the plan .

Still the comedian. A lot of angles covered there. Keep it up

And we won't sell him to Bayern in January in case we get them in the knockout out phase.

Excellent forward planning. Everything is going to plan

I'd give vardy a month by month contract to cover the period Delap is injured.

That's a far better option. There is absolutely no benefit to the club in bringing Jackson back here, it's a ridiculous decision and will not help us at all.

Chelsea are open to a permanent move for Nicolas Jackson but for €65m.

This late in the window everyone is pushing prices up, we seem to be doing the reverse.

Bayern may now have to commit to an obligation to sign Nicolas Jackson permanently or negotiate a permanent signing immediately to revive the deal in this window. The striker does not want to return to Chelsea [@Matt_Law_DT]
