I don't think Delap and Pedro was expected to start together when we signed them, so it was two strikers to begin with. We only started playing them together last week.

No one knows the extent of Delaps injury until its scanned. It could be 3 months, it could be 1 month.

Shim Mhueka already been around the 1st team, we should just lean on him, or even bring in Datro Fofana out the cold, or maybe this would be an occasion we go for a very cheap loan option, so we still can get the money needed from this Jackson bayern deal.

This feels like a very short sighted decision that I think will only hurt Jacksons value.

If we get an in form and motivated Jackson, then maybe it will be good for team, especially with Pedro looking great in 10.

Just seems like poor squad planning though tbh.

I wonder what the recall clause for Guiu would be, I'd rather that than getting Jackson back.

I would genuinely rather we tried to accelerate the transfer of Emegha by loaning him in from Strasbourg. He's 22 after all. Failing that where is Richards at now, having now returned from his ACL?

Given Nicos personality, and reaction to us looking to cancel this deal, I don't think it is wise to keep him around.

Brighton can probably loan us a striker anyway.

Romantic weekend away. Dont think it worked out well....She was in bed (asleep) by 9pm.

But Im a bit pissed after having too many beers around the pool earlier - too old for afternoon drinking in the sun - so not sure the Jack-back saga has truly "hit" me yet.

At most there will be a clause allowing a recall in January if he hasn’t crossed a pre agreed threshold for minutes played. No chance we see him in blue until at least January.

Jackson trained with the first team this whole time so he could be reintegrated if no move. He was never frozen. He wished to move because he did not want to compete and the club authorized his wishes. Now we are a striker short we no longer wish to authorize the loan.
