You may be right but my guess is Sterling will stay on the right for a bit. At least before they were injured both Nkunku and Chukwumeka as well as Mudryck wanted to play on left or  central. Palmer coming in may change that. Also another good reason to leave a player in the one position is the partnerships they form for instance Sterling and Gusto/James. A good coach will, in my opinion, want to foster those partnerships and need a good reason to break them up.

No chance - every Chelsea signing needs 3-4 weeks conditioning before we put them near the first team!  I'm sure part of that also includes reducing their ability to shoot. 

We've essentially just funded City's transfer for Jeremy Doku, who's one of the best dribblers in Europe, and the same age as Palmer.

 

I know Poch is good at developing players but if this isn't a signing he specifically requested then this is worrying. 

For me this is the most exciting signing we’ve made this summer. The lad is a special player.

I've said it before, if Jackson gets injured we are right back where we were last season with no viable centre forward. And we all know how that ended up.

That's a gamble.  He has been out a helluva of a long time with a horrific injury and still no set date for his return. Will he be the same player mentally and physically?

I've Got A 1 Year Old, Think She's A Better Dribbler Than Anyone, My Tops Are Soaked With Her Dribbling On Me So I Think Doku Got Competition 

Well, it’s done and he’s signed. I have no idea if he’s good or not, and that applies to many of our recent signings. But I sure as hell can’t figure out our strategy. It looks like an utter chaos of expensive youth players. Also, is he currently injured or waiting for his first appearance for us to get injured?

Re: on the outside pitch worries. This is a new start and environment to him. Time will tell whether these stories are bullsh*t or he finds London a bit overwhelming to live as a young man. 

Anyway we need to back him and hope things go well.
