And surely city don’t think he is good enough? So what’s point. Same as smith Rowe - are we just accepting we won’t be challenging anytime soon?

Good player, been impressed every time I’ve watched him. Just not sure it’s the type of player we need, Poch has been crying out for experience and this isn’t it

Another raw player that needs to be playing regularly to develop. 

I think he is good player, but have to wonder what Madueke is thinking, both quite similar in profile and age. Sterling looking good on the right too now. 

Not sure in this one, if we were going young again, I wouldve preferred Cherki or Olise. 

I think he will do well,  but probably at the expense of another young player we signed for big money. Cant develop them all.

Obviously a lot can change in 2 days but here is a 24 man squad. For reference, Man City had a 25 man last season. We clearly want to be proactive in not only anticipating Europe next season, but to go far in domestic cups this season. 

 

 

    This was 2 weeks ago. Honestly struggling with this one. So raw again. Madueke has actually played more premier league minutes than Palmer, he has a nice strike on him, but to go from Olise to Palmer, i find strange. 

    Olise 3800 minutes of premier league football under his belt, Palmer has less than 500.

    So for me we are signing a player 2 seasons behind in their development. Wouldnt it make more sense to wait for Olise if he was the 1sy choice target?

    More chance of me doing a cheeky swap deal for Margot Robbie and sending the misses the other way.

    Even Sane who had 135 appearances at Man City, if we are talking to Bayern anyway

    Another right sided winger/right-sided CAM.. Jesus Christ the board have a LOT of faith in Mudryrk..

    The left side is empty, unless Palmer can play there but he ‘seemingly’ has zero experience operating there, unless I’m mistaken. 

    We could have bought Maddison for that lol. Not sure this is the best of signings considering he's hardly a goal scorer is he. It's all well and good saying Joe Shields knows what he's doing, and I'm sure he does, but it's another young player. Surely we need experience in the team. Sterling and Silva are the two players with the most experience.

    May as well have kept Mount and given him the wages he demanded than pay that fee for this kid.
