I'm beginning to think we might need a new striker.

Who though? We can’t afford to get it wrong considering we are walking an FFP tightrope. You look around and Utd have Hojlund, Liverpool have Nunez and Richarlison only scored once last season for Spurs, and seems to have hit a purple patch now after scoring once in 15 PL games. There are just no quality goal scorers around.

Wasted so many chances, players have gotten nervous. Same sh*t, different day.

There's just no composure at times, both back and front.

A bunch of brain dead’s  up front always making the wrong decisions . We are a very average team

People talk about young players and we have Sterling doing that .. basic drive to fight has nothing to do with age.. I have seen 15 years old have more spunk about them than Jackson and Broja..

Poor decision making in the final third.

Broja is fking sh** and I dont think I've ever rated him at all, never understood the hype.

Jackson needs a slap fs fighting after matches but doesnt show no fight or hold up play at all. Very frustrating.

Sterling needs to wake the fk up and pass when its 3v1

Raheem Sterling stole Christmas. The absolute symbol of our mediocrity that player, in 5 years time we’ll look back and he’ll be the poster boy of our mid-table era.

If we actually had clinical strikers upfront we would be up a couple of goals up. Sterling also being selfish doesnt help anything.

If Sterling had buried that it would have been a well fought, well taken goal...he just told the keeper early when he opened up his body where he was going to put it.  Still another chance squandered, far too many today and it will cost us..Wolves won't be that bad in the 2nd half.

Good start to the half,  then o'Neil had a chat and we have been 2nd best ever since.

Sterling played okay when he isnt throwing himself to the floor, but the wasted tap in, 2nd one this season after villa, is indefensible. Highest earning attacker by a country mile, but makes the wrong decision in big moments time and time again.

Jackson is Jackson, barely has the ball under control and needs about 7 chances to convert one.

Broja the same, plenty of running, but very little quality, and fluffed his only chance.

Hopefully Pochettino makes a change that wrestle momentum back in our favour, because it looks like we will concede if the 2md half continues the same. Hopefully Gallagher doesnt get a 2nd yellow too.

Two average sides trying to outdo each other on how average they are.

Except one cost a billion to assemble and has two of the worst strikers in the league, by the looks of it. I've already seen enough of Jackson not to expect anything good, but Broja really lost quite a bit since that injury, I really had high hopes for him, but this is just pathetic.

I had a similar view in the summer and didn't think it was worth spending money on a striker but after seeing Jackson and now Broja week in and week out and Nkuku possibly being injury prone it might be worth taking the risk IMO.

This team is too weak. They don't want it enough, they rarely ever do.

I think they want it for themselves .. just like Sterling and know they can hide behind the team if they don’t do well..

THERE IS NO TEAM.. bunch of people playing for themselves .. Jackson knows if he does ok he will still have a career .. only trying to show he has talent trying so much flash and complicating everything… Broja doesn’t want to risk his body after being out for a year..

no other team would have missed that chance there..

I don't even know how to analyze the game. We are creating good chances but it didn't lead to any shot. I don't even know what to say.

Sterling other than that absolutely dumb decision has been very bright. He can't finish but this is not new.

Sterling just goes down to easy

That's because at City and L*verpool he got those called. That's part of his game as a little man on the pitch. He needs to learn he's not getting them playing for Chelsea and try to be stronger.
