sorry for being abusive towards sterling before but when you know you're all sh*t at finishing chances... that was the best chance you were going to get all game.

Sterling is selfish and in the long run I don't think he's going to be good enough, if he did that for any of my teams I coach  I'd drop him indefinitely 

He is a senior player in the side .. absolutely unforgivable..amazing this is not the value system in a top side ..

Poch needs to give these a rollicking at half time. 

The only forwards we should bother persisting with are Palmer, Mudryk and Nkunku. At the right time, the rest should all be moved on - they play as individuals and just aren’t very good.

You can see why Southgate doesn’t pick him anymore. He is at his peak or on a downward slope, but you don’t screw up that chance.
