No passion from the manager reflects the no passion on the pitch.  He's like Avram...stands there and watches the game go, by whereas opposition managers are shouting, directing, controlling, coaching players throughout the game.   I don't know where they would find that perfect manager that is somewhere between Jose / Carlo and Conte / Sari / TT ...because this project with Potch clearly is not working at the moment.   Shout and scream at the players and they'd probably cry and fall to pieces and demand counselling, put an arm around and hug them and tell them everything is going to 'alright' and they get worse because its acceptable.  No guts in this team, no leaders on the pitch and that is worrisome.   I'm sure many of the players are now regretting those long term contracts.....but I guess we will see what the reaction is the 2nd half...need to score 2 and not concede any...tough ask for a team that is mentally weak.

I thought the same thing about the goals, but Tim Howard made a fair point. He said it wasn’t unlucky - Chelsea players were never close enough.

Tuchel had a team of players that were experienced in regular champions league football.  The new owners sold them all.  No way to compare.

Watzke blocked Tuchel in Germany National Team. WHY?

Ironic. Tuchel’s football was completely impotent and I haven’t seen any difference in our attack since he left.

As for his role in it: how about pissing away £300M on Lukaku, Koulibaly, Cucurella, Auba, etc.

Binning decent talents in Tammy, Gilmour and Tomori.

Once you’ve burned 2 seasons worth of dosh and not had a single hit, I think your strategy deserved scrutiny.

But no, feel free to keep focusing on a 4 month cup run right at the start of his tenure and ignore the next 12 months of it.

Yeah but the current owners arent even listening to poch when it comes to transfers poch wanted broja or a striker and the owners didnt get a striker and loaned out broja.... 

Tuchel shouldnt be in charge of transfers isnt that the recruitment teams job?
