Looked great so far, not sure why we would then go and sign Omorodion. Guiu looks more technically accomplished, strong, makes good runs. Actually looks a top piece of buisness for €6m.

Well we can't f**king have that now can we? Best make sure we compensate by splurging on an overpriced striker!

They have to try and fk it up somehow!

2 more strikers apparently incoming!

Why would anyone even want to sign for Chelsea anymore? Are we just a stepping stone in a player's career now?

I am so in the wrong business. If only my colleague's kid formerly in the FC Utrecht academy had pulled his finger out....

Presumably his finger fitted, nice and snug, and he enjoyed it. When you're onto a good thing ...

This cost me millions!

I thought that he played quite well in the first half last night and he took his goal very well. Always pressing up front and getting into good positions. I would have liked to see him the 90 minutes but he might not be match fit. If he keeps developing well, we might have a good striker in him. He's just 18.

I was actually really impressed by what I’ve seen of him so far, high pressing rate, composed finish last night. Definitely one to keep an eye on and agree that a Ligue 1 loan followed by a Prem loan the season following could solve our striker issues

I'd send both Guiu and Lesly to Strasbourg next year.

Bit of a waste of time for Lesley, he's already proven himself at that level. Guiu with his workrate and height could land a spot at a prem team, maybe a Bournemouth for example.

Not about proving himself, its about him being in an environment where he can develop at the level the sporting directors expect him to. These loans to relegation clubs haven't helped anyone. Santos and even Diego Moreira are thriving at Strasbourg. Lesly can hopefully follow suit and then we either sell for a profit or use him for the first team.

Guiu is no where ready to be starting for a Premier League club.

Needs some love after grabbing a hat trick at the bridge. Seems to be coming along nicely, some of his earlier performances were a bit questionable but he's definitely getting better, long may it continue.

He is only 18yrs though, I think fans keep forgetting that. Has all the attributes to be a top striker given time.
