August 5, 20242 yr Looked great so far, not sure why we would then go and sign Omorodion. Guiu looks more technically accomplished, strong, makes good runs. Actually looks a top piece of buisness for €6m.

November 8, 20241 yr I thought that he played quite well in the first half last night and he took his goal very well. Always pressing up front and getting into good positions. I would have liked to see him the 90 minutes but he might not be match fit. If he keeps developing well, we might have a good striker in him. He's just 18.
November 8, 20241 yr He's just fine, nothing outstanding at his age group. Waste of his development remaining at the club though.

November 8, 20241 yr I was actually really impressed by what I’ve seen of him so far, high pressing rate, composed finish last night. Definitely one to keep an eye on and agree that a Ligue 1 loan followed by a Prem loan the season following could solve our striker issues

Guiu with his workrate and height could land a spot at a prem team, maybe a Bournemouth for example. Edited November 8, 20241 yr by Remodez

Not about proving himself, its about him being in an environment where he can develop at the level the sporting directors expect him to. These loans to relegation clubs haven't helped anyone. Santos and even Diego Moreira are thriving at Strasbourg. Lesly can hopefully follow suit and then we either sell for a profit or use him for the first team. Guiu is no where ready to be starting for a Premier League club.
December 19, 20241 yr Needs some love after grabbing a hat trick at the bridge. Seems to be coming along nicely, some of his earlier performances were a bit questionable but he's definitely getting better, long may it continue.
December 19, 20241 yr Has those natural striker instincts. The header for his third goal was class too.

He is only 18yrs though, I think fans keep forgetting that. Has all the attributes to be a top striker given time.
